    Dear Sir,I am sorry that I have to write you this letter complaining against a postman of Post Office Madhab Danga-1. I was not receiving letters from call letters and other official letters regularly. It was now come to light that many of the letters written to me and posted to my following address did not reach me. I have strong reason to suspect that the Postman is involved in destroying those unregistered letters.Recently, I was expecting a letter of Bazaj Alliance General Insurance Co. Ltd. which was dispatched on 13th December, 2011 from GE Plaza, Airport Road,Yerwada,Pune-411006 but the same did not reach me. Also before that I did not get many call letters of govt. Exam.You will, I hope, appreciate the difficulty; embarrassment and loss faced by me by such act and take appropriate action to stop its recurrence.With regardsManoj Kumar RoyUttar madhab danga(Near B.     I would like to inform you order number 2588072 , Blackberry tour 9630 3G had a defective 3.5 mm earphone jack which I sent for repairing via bluedart courier service having AWB( Air Way Bill) number 60122750435 on 17th Nov 2011 to the address directed by naaptol customer care. After few days I received the product which was delivered by fast flight courier having same previous malfunction in earphone jack and an additional problem in the trackball for mishandling during servicing . Aftehr giving complaint Naaptol care promised me to give 100% refund on re-receival of the defective Blackberry Tour 3g and its accessories. I parcelled the same by bluedart having AWB No 60124570774 on 10th Dec 2011 . The product was been delivered to Naaptol representative " Shanta" on 12th December 2011 as per the confirmation given by bluedart.

    Now I my Rs 10198 is near them please help me to get back my money

    Dear Madam/Sir,

    I (Vinod Raghav) had applied for New Pancard. As per status 2 days ago it was with the courier service (First Flight India) reffered to bill no. ZB9955437. Today I again checked the status for the same and it was showing the status "consignee not availabe". So, i actually wanted to say that they neither came to my address nor they contacted me on my contact no. and they returned it back.
    Kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem.

    Angry Problem and Harassment with the PHILIPS TV........

    The 32"LCD TV, purchased on 29-Dec-2008 for Rs 31,000 was found defective and got replaced by the company itself at no cost on 3-Jan-2009. Everything was working fine till it started displaying half image. The same was complained to Philips center with the job id # PKOL1710110111.
    It was after a long time, ie around November end, we heard from them that we will have to pay an amount of Rs13,600 and they will provide us a TV set amounting Rs21,000. The model # 32PFL3305/V7, an old model. This was however not accepted by us. We tried contacting every one in the higher authority but nothing worked well. We are not ready to pay so much as we are sure this will happen again in next two years and we will be asked to pay again a sum of Rs10,000 or above.

    We need assistance in this. Please help as it is 3 months now and our asset is lying in the service center serving no good. We can pay a sum of Rs5-6,000. Please help.

    Default Refund of payment against fame cinema, south city

    Dear sir,

    I had booked 3 fame cinema tickets on 1st Jan 2012 through net but because of their net problem they had cancelled the tickets. But already money has been paid through credit card, so they sent me a mail that the order no. 1606752 has been cancelled and payment will be refunded to you within 7-10 days. Almost more that a month crossed, nothing has been refunded to me. I have tried a lot to communicane with them, only once they have replied but nothing positive. Now they are nor replying my mail. I had already sent them to my credit card statement, booking mail ref.

    Pls help me to take my money back. The amount is Rs 960/-

    Respected Sir,
    I bought a Videocon washing machine for Rs 15900/- and a Kent water purifier (Maxx-UV) for Rs 7000/- from Khoshla Electronics Pvt Ltd at 371/1 Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata-700034 vide bill number BHA/11073 on 12-02-2012 of which as usual delivery of both the products were made late and the water purifier has not been installed yet. After several requests over phone to Khosla Electronics Kent installation team contacted me over phone for installation on 21-02-2012. After another two days one of their employee came to my house for installation and suggested changes in the water supply system which we did next day and then again he came after one day and at the time of installation installer probably found that one of the valves in the new machine is not working and suggested replacement of the valve from his stock. We requested him to replace the defective machine which he said is not possible because of filthy reason as it can happen to any such machine for the reason of long transportation and the installer company is different from selling company but if we can arrange replacement taking up the issue with the Khosla Electronics then only they will arrange installation. I contacted Khosla Electronics and they made me understand that it is a very very difficult job and they have no idea when it will mature.
    Sir, there is a limit for compromise. I want immediate replacement of new Kent water purifier machine and exemplary punishment of the Khosla Electronic because every time after purchase of any product from their shop they behave very casually, normally avoid to pick up telephone calls after purchase, take long time to deliver the product and at the time of delivery their people demand money and behave unusually.

    Complaint against Furniture shop Square Feet

    Hello Sir,

    On last November i.e on Nov2011 i bought a wooden sofa set from Square Feet Bagughati VIP road.In Jan2012 the Sofa set started to crack by itself.In the bill they wrote that they have 1 year of warranty on the sofa set.Now from January I am asking them to send a person to repair the sofa, but till date they haven't send anyone.Every time I call them they said their worker is sick, they are on leave etc etc......Just imagine how irritating it is.While selling anything they are so polite, but once the thing has been sold they are just like don't care even if the customer has problem during the warranty period.These people should be punished for harassing us.Please sir punish those people.

    My son shri Abhigyan Bhattacharya got admission in a college known as "SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY" situated at Salt lake city,sector-5,EN-59. the admission was taken in the course of "B.Tech" in "CIVIL ENGINEERING" on "22/6/2011" there after on details quary it is learned that the above said institute has no connection with "SINGHANIA UNIVERSITY" at RAJASTHAN.
    I have submitted a written explanation vied my letter dated-17/6/2011 about the status of the institute and their recognition as it was stated during the admission. It is regretted to state that till now no reply is being received.
    There after I wrote a letter to the said institute for refund of fees. The said letter received by the institute on 13/3/2012(register letter acknowledgement).

    Default Grievance with Mukesh Hyundai

    Dear Sir,
    I had purchased one i10 from M/s Mukesh Hyundai, Kolkata, West Bengal, India on 6th March 2012 and facing tremendous issues in getting Invoice Copy of the car and clarification of the payment I have made.Therefore, I am bound to write the mail to you for the following issues for escalation:
    1. Without checking, the wrong Purchase Invoice was sent to me. If required, I may forward you the mail where address and Financed by the bank were wrongly documented.
    2. While the document was not delivered to me at the time of delivery at all, the Customer Relationship Manager claimed in her mail that it was delivered to me and most importantly, my signature was forged and pasted onto the document. I have the email copy and soft copy of the wrong Invoice. After that, they sent another Invoice where no signature was there. It proves that that the Invoice was prepared afterwards and not delivered to me at the time of delivery. If I have not received, How my signature is appearing in the document??
    3. Since Monday 16th April, 2012, when I have been asking for a legal Purchase document, till now, I am in dark about the availability of the document and necessary clarifications on the same. Does this dealership follow such unclear and unscrupulous process so that they can not explain the necessary clarifications??
    4. Till now, neither Customer Care Manager nor Sales Person has been kind enough to get me clarified on these issues. I don't have entire world of time to get clarified about the money I have paid to you because it is hard earned money.
    5. Number of times , I got call and mail to improve the Sales and Service rating for your dealership (I may forward you the mail copy as well). Do they expect after such nasty experience, I shall be able to award any ratting at all???

    1. It seems that Mukesh Hyundai has forged my Signature and it may be used to any document of their wish. Please rescue me from this.
    2. I want a detailed clarification of Payment I have made with all supporting document. In case they charge illegal amount anyway, I need the refund of the amount with damage of my time and overall harassment for the issue.

    Default Complaint for treachery by Airtel.

    Hi,

    My name is Arkaraj Mukherjee and Owner of prepaid Mobile Number - 9830697226.

    This was a postpaid number which i decided to convert into prepaid. I requested Airtel Customer Care by dialing 121 and accordingly proceeded as below :

    1. An Airtel Representative by the name Mr. Raja, Mobile Number - 8420708253 was deputed on 25th of March, 2012 for collecting the documents like PAN, Address Proof Photo.
    2. Mr. Raja visited and collected all the documents on 28th of March 2012.
    3. I called up Mr. Raja on 29th of March 2012 about the status of conversion from Postpaid to Prepaid to which he replied that i have to settle all my outstanding amount - billed as well as unbilled. I was also told that Airtel doesnot provide an interim Bill for such conversion and i was further told that my total outstanding amount till 29th of March 2012 is Rs. 530/-. Hearing this i made a payment of Rs. 530 from my Credit Card and conveyed to him on the same day.
    3. Mr. Raja told me to switch off the Mobile for 2-3 days for postpaid to prepaid conversion, i did accordingly. On 4th of March i queried him again and he told that my number has been converted to prepaid and i should recharge my Number with Rs.50/-.
    4. I went to a nearby shop and did an easy Recharge of Rs. 50/-, and receive an SMS from ERechrge that my number has been successfully recharged with Rs 50/- and with a talktime of Rs. 42.50, Dated 11th of April 2012.
    5. On 15th of April i realised that no one is able to reach me and while trying to call my number they were hearing - "This Number is temporarily out of Service". I called up Airtel and they conveyed that this might have happened owing to non submission of the documents by the Airtel representative. I request them to depute to collect a second set of documents from my residence but in vain. The numbered remained out of Service and i am neither able to receive calls or call from the same.
    6. On 21st of April 2012 i received an SMS that my Airtel Bill Dated 3rd of April 2012 has been generated!!!!! While calling Airtel they are clueless and Mr. Raja has stopped responding to my phone calls.

    This number is very important to me i am suffering in my Business because of this treachery by Airtel. How can a postpaid number been converted to prepaid and refilled with a positive balance suddenly become postpaid number, Is it legally viable to erase the filled up balance to zero and Services termination without any justification to the Customer? If their is a dispute about documentation, why was i not communicated before disrupting the Service.

    Should file a report with the Local Police for this? Please advise.

    Default tata photon policy & billing complaint

    Respected sir,
    on the 6 february 2012 I've bought a tata photon modem for rs-1200 in cash in the postpaid plan for the first 1 week the modem gave a satisfactory service but after that its service started deteriorating and I've suspended it after using it for 10 days, now the modem is being kapt idle and not in use for more than one month, i am getting the bills after bills I would like to say that since i am not using the modem why should i pay the bill, moreover the salesmen in the docomo outlet from where I've bought the modem had sold it without making me understanding clearly about the charges & billing plan.
    I would like to request you that the current problem I am facing is due to the mismanagement of the company itself and I am in no fault here.
