my name is rajesh, i working in chennai, i was bought MTC monthly pass(rs.600/-) on last week(16-11-2011) but after the two days their are increased the pass amount(rs.1000/-). now they are call for pay of balance amount for 'monthly pass'.. but they printed in pass(it's not changed) how it's possible.??
please take a action shortly

Self availed a sum of rupees three lakhs form shriram city union finance royapettah,chennai 14 (loan account no. 0002960) for emi of rupees 12480 * 36 from the above said non banking financial institution in the month of feb 2011 and the same as already been settled by july 2011. The same as been already informed to my branch manager syndicate bank chennai 24. Till date i have not received my post dated cheques and a closure letter from the above said financial institution. A copy of the message has sent to the branch manager,shriram chit funds,tondiarpet branch,chennai 81 and shriram city finance,chennai 1 and the commissioner of police egmore chennai 8 over phonogram dated 31.10.2011 and requesting a confirmatory copy for the above said addresses from the dgm bsnl cto chennai 1.

Till date i have not received the post dated cheques / closure letter from the above said non banking institutions / confirmatory copies from the bsnl cto chennai 1. In this regard to lodge a legal complaint against the above said bank i request dgm cto chennai 1 and also officer incharge ethiraj salai chennai 105 on 17.11.2011 / 21.11.2011 and 24.11.2011. Till date i have not received any information from the dgm cto chennai 1. I have not recieved the copy of telegrams from the above said offices. I wish to take the same to the consumer court for unneccessary tension / torture / mental agony and already i am suffering from unstable angina. For the above said irresponsibility of the bank / bsnl chennai 1 self demanding a sum of rupees one lakh from the bsnl and two lakh from shriram finance chennai 14. Kindly lodge a complaint and take necessary action against the irresponsible authorities / the non banking institutions. I demand the consumer court charges from bsnl/shriram chits and funds.

Dear Sir

I stay at Plot no 18, Vaidhyalingam Salai, Chitlapakkam Chennai 64. There is an empty plot next to my house. Though there are public service to collect the garbage, the neibouring street living residents are dumping the garbage next to my home. This is creating lots of problem for us, which results in mosquitos, flies and untollerable bad smell.

When heavy rain hit us. It is getting more bad and we have tried educating the people who are putting garbage not to put there. Still it is continuing.

After rain, as the plot is not covered resulting in dirty water and highly contaminated water stay in the plot with garbage for months, which may lead to dengue, malaria, nausea, flu and many more harmful diseases. Because of this, we are facing lots of problem. We need a resolution to this problem at the earliest hence i am filing this complaint.

So, you are requested to please get plot next to me is covered and protected from environmental pollution as ssoon as possible and fine the people who are putting garbage being an irresponsible citizen of our county.

Hi..,

I booked GARUDA VOLVO ticket from Chennai to Tirupathi on 02/12/2011 to travel on 03/12/2011.
Also booked accommodation for 12 Hr's AC room for 6 persons in srinidhi guest house through APSRTC as
6 members are travelling on the ticket.

We are able to travel in GARUDA and got down in tirupathi at 4 AM. But accommodation was not provided at
SRINIDHI guest house by hotel Management. As per hotel management "They didn't get
any information regarding booking of rooms from APSRTC officials and also they requested to stop bookings in SRINDHI long back".
So no rooms are available as all are occupied.

While booking tickets we observed accommodation details are not available in ticket. We contacted APSRTC Helpline regarding this and
they informed us accommodation details wont come in ticket and we can directly go to Hotel and they will allot.
But in this case it didn't happened.

We contacted APSRTC officials in TIRUPATHI multiple times and didn't get proper response and according
to them "they can't provide any alternative accommodation and higher officials didn't communicate any
thing to the staff ".As tirupathi is devotional and tourist place we struggled to find accomidantion in early morniing and
Finally ended up taking rooms in outside hotel for much higher tariff.

I wanted complain this in consumer court as multiple customers are affected by this. And also irresponsible behaviour from

my grand mom deposited rs.1 lakh in SBI,Gobi branch.when she tried to withdraw the money,she was told that the money was already withdrawn, but actually it was not withdrawn by her.we suspect that ,her sign was forged and the money was withdrawn by somebody else in the bank itself. how can i deal with this in a consumer court??

I bought an APC 850VA sine wave inverter worth Rs.17500/- from Viveks Ltd., vadapalani, chennai on 12th of March, 2012
bill no. 11511120575. Till date, the inverter is not installed in my home and nobody called me for the installation.
Initially, Viveks employee(Kumar - 9941088744) told me that inverter will be installed within two days
so I'm happy about the service they provided when I'm purchasing. But after three days when i called the
concern person(Murugan) he asked me to install inverter on my own. I surprised because that was not the response
when i was there while purchasing. So i called Viveks customer care 044-42131616 and complaint about the same.
They told me that I'll be getting a call within 48 hours, but nobody called me. So even after three days i again called
customer care but this time they told me that they have taken the issue to delhi branch(APC).
I haven't seen such a worst customer service where they are taking customers for granted and giving false commitments.
Even i went to the branch on 21.03.2012 and met the floor manager, he told me to contact Mr.Antony(9790790443),
when i called Mr.Antony(9790790443)who is in-charge in Viveks for APC Inverters. He told me he'll be sending a person
for installation. But no body came and when i called Antony(9790790443) on 22.03.2012 he asked me to call
Mr.Srikanth(9884519233) but he is not at all picking the call. The story may be little bit complicated but see how a
customer is treated in Viveks. Till date my inverter is not installed in my home. Please somebody help me in this issue.
I want to return the inverter and I need my money back Rs.17500/-

we bought complan nutri grow (fruity strawberry flavour) on 4th april 2012 around 9.30 pm at balaji stores,kosapet,chennai-600012, with manufacturing date of 02/12.(exp date mentioned as "best before 12 months from manufacture" and its lot number is G08988B .we used to provide complan twice a week regularly to my tiny little kid of age 2.3.we never used to notice any faults due to the established brand name of complan.but unfortunately on the day, 10th april 2012 ,we happened to notice tiny worms floating in the drink,while filtering it we conformed it to be worms since it was moving.while checking the contents we found the whole with those worms.we were shock and took the contents to the shop.but they asked for the bill copy.but we argued mentioning that everyone will not keep the bill copy safe and we told them to think over the matter practically and seriously,as this is the matter of health pertaining towards children.most of the children may get affected using this brand and so we are very much concerned about this matter:o.luckily we got the content pack and box with us.so kindly take necessary action against this issue.

I just had an experience at a local bakery. I had a softdrink ( Mountain Dew 200ml) which has an MRP of Rs. 8. When I went to pay the attendant asked Rs.12/ for the same. When I asked him why i should pay Rs. 4 extra for a drink that costs Rs. 8, he started the same story of power problem, the cooling cost,etc. I told him that Rs. 1 in excess is acceptable but he started arguing with all customers around and he took Rs. 12 for the same.

I would like to know if I can take him to the consumers court for the excess he took and have the same regulated across the city/ area. I also want to know if I can ask for an explanation from Pepsi, the principles, asking why they are allowing such atrocities unchecked.

Your response will be very helpful in my future course of action. Thankyou

am a person from whom the police of Erode(tamilnadu) has fined amount of Rs.1000 without any reason, saying that i will be receiving the receipt of the amount which i paid. after getting the amount he denied to provide the receipt. i want some higher authorities to take action. its not only from me, also from many innocent peoples who were there in bus stand. It happened morning in Erode Bus stand. i hope there are sincere officers to take action.

This is shelany and Im facing a lot of problem with the Onida company. To state in brief I purchased a AC from the company. And after an year Im facing some problem with the AC. So I called the customer service to deal with my problem but asusual they dint take any effort to help me. And then I send across a mail to there head office on receiving my mail they called me back to find out the problem. And they promised to send me a person to solve the problem but that didn't happen as before. And when the person finally came to look into the problem he analyzed it wrong. So they sent me another person and he came and analyzed it and he said something was wrong with the board so the they decided to repair it for me. And since two weeks my AC parts are with them and they promise me that they will come in the evening to fix it but they never appears and when i try calling the concern person he bluntly refuse to talk and even if he talks he is harsh at me and he always hangs up the call when Im talking( VINOD AREA MANAGER). And I have been begging them to come and fix back my AC but that never seems to happen. And i have registered my complain before an month.
I request you all to kindly help solve this problem

i have purchase a airtel DTH and after that there is no absolute feedback from tere side. installation is not yet done. and the customer support is t worst i have seen.
