This is notify that, my father(Shyam Sundar Behera) is a senior Citizen who is using Airtel SIM Card No--9938143004 (Bhubaneswar Circle) last 2 years but, last 10 days the outgoing call has been bared, despite submitting all the relevant documents to the retailer, but despite that the outgoing call is not allowed, however, we used to reach Customer Care on daily basis but every time we were told service to be resumed but remained failed, hence escalate to you to expedite the case so that my old aged father can reuse the service of Mobile.

So, therefore i request you to take a look on this regards.

that,i filed a case at the district cosumer forum,khurda,bbsr cd case no 88/2002.deprived by the order of the district consumer forum i appealed at the state consumer dispute redressal forum,cuttack, and i returned the case to the consumer forum,khurda for retrial(showing justice is not done at the lower forum).Now the case is again at the district consumer forum,khurda.I am appearing the forum almost every date,Despite the absent of the opposite party,but forum is dismissed my case two times.First time it dismissed the case ,when i was being absent and was restored vide mis-case no-48/2011.then i contineously appeared without fail,but it again dismissed on 02/11/2011,when i reached the forum a little late.i can't understand why the forum is dismissing the case,when it is clear that, the opposite partis not appearing since years.

I beg your advise to find the solution of the case.At the present juction ,i am more hurt by the way ,the forum reponds to my case (it is almost 10 years past since i filed the case)than the opposite parties who cheated me.I have a little knowledge about the consumer act and the proceding of the consumer forum.

The district consumer forum instead a heaven for the lawers who knows the laws well,rather a hell for the consumers(having a little knowledge) who files their own complains.
Your guidance please for the restoration of the case and the proceeding of the consumer forum.

I sanjay kumar mahapatra from bellaguntha, dist:ganjam, beg to state that my mother was taken a commercial vehicle loan from state bank of india, bellaguntha branch.My mother was paid all the instalments.But there is a dispute of rate of interest.Bank hire higher interest from my mother.My mother is a old lady age about 58 years.She filed a case aganist state bank of india in the district consumer disputes redressal forum,ganjam,berhampur .Which complaint No.is
51 of 2010.The consumer forum order that " In the result we dierct the opposite parties who are jointly & severally liable to release property documets and issue No objection certificate together with cost of Rs.1000/- to the complainant with in one month of receipt of this order.The order is pronounced in the open forum on this day of 15th november 2011 under the signature & seal of the forum.
But still this date bank not returned our property documents.Whenever my mother go to bank & meet the manger ,and request to handover the property documents & NOC.The bank manager & the advocate of state bank of india threaten to my mother that we are not handover the documents and use the words aganist mother which was unble to listen. So my request to you that please consider the above matter and take necessary action for which we are thankful to you.

With all due respects I want to draw your attention towards a mischief done by IIPM, Bhubaneshwar with my ward Siddhartha Shekhar. I am an inhabitant of Ranchi, Jharkhand. On 07.04.2011 I went with my ward Siddhartha Shekhar at IIPM, Bhubaneshwar to enquire about the admission in BBA course for the session 2011-2014. Regarding this institution I was able to know through Mr. Sunny (presently living in Kolkata), perhaps an agent of IIPM. Mr. Sunny told me to go to IIPM, Bhubaneshwar with a draft of Rs.35,000/- and make contacts thereabout for admissions in BBA. When I told all this to a so called "Programme Executive" at IIPm, Bhubaneshwar Miss S. Mishra, she vehementally told me to take admissions immediately as the seats have already been full and subsequently as she knew that I was there with a draft she almost snatched the draft and submitted to the counter of IIPM. But to my sheer strange when I contacted my bank for study loans the banker refused to give loan saying that IIPM, Bhubaneshwar is not approved by the UGC, Govt. of India under section-22 of the UGC Act. I dropped the matter of admission of my ward immediately and sent a letter to the DEan, IIPM, BHubaneshwar to refund my draft of Rs. 35,000/-. I could not any reply from that very institution. Subsequently somehow I could make contacts with Shri Ranjan, the Dean of the institution for the refund of my money. He told me that the amount will be refunded as no admission has been taken. But I could not get any further response from them till now. Dean's telephone nos. are 0674-6620574; 0674-6620575; and 0674-6620570, where I tried so many times to make contacts but nobody responded from that very institution. I am here in Ranchi, Jharkhand and its a difficult task to stay in Bhubaneshwar for a long time for redressal of my cause by residing in hotel. It is my earnest request to kindly look into the matter and please to order for refund of Rs. 35000/-. I shall be highly thankful as I am a middle class salary paid person.

i am a customer of bsnl broadband and telephone with plan 500c . according to them 500c have 1.5 gb data free and between 2am to 8am download upload free
so i used as my plan. but suddenly in previous month (march 2012) they billed me rs 1800 where as my regular monthly billing maximum to rs 800. then i contacted bsnl office regarding this. i was also asking him to give me detail about bill but they said they have no idea about this & advice me either pay that bill and continue your service or you may disconnect your service as your wish . after that i change my plan to 750 unlimited but my present (April 2012) bill is again 1600 and that is totally unfair bsnl play like a monopoly so please advice me how can i take action or if you can take action regarding this. i will grateful to you .

I buy a sony ericsson xperia neo v mobile phone in december 2011. when i buy the mobile from deler they take RS 500 /- extra told if ur mobile have any probelum then u come to our shop we will replace it.
Now there some probelum with it.
1:- ear phone jack not work properly.
2:- phone hang when start, when play music, using browser .
So I think first i have to go to sony ericsson service center if they cant solve the issue of phone (within warrenty) or they told extra charge will apply on servie then what i have suppose to do ?

I have purchased a new super splendor bike on dt. 06.04.2011 having warranty for 18 months from J.M.G. AUTOMOBILES, MAHATAB ROAD, CUTTACK. having the registration no.-OR05AP4741, Chascis no-MBLJA05EGB9C15158 & ENGINE NO-JA05EBB9C14844. I have availed all five free services out of six which is due on 30.09.2012. Before I avail the fifth service on dt.12.07.2012 I have experienced some battery related problems like intermittent self start and faint horn etc.So on the fifth service on dt.12.07.2012 I have suggested for battery check up.I was handed over my bike in the afternoon of 12.07.2012 with all the above said problems shorted out.But immediately after one day i.e on 14.07.2012 I experienced self start problem and visited herohonda service center at Nayabazar, Cuttack. Then and there the battery is disassembled and sent to company for warranty.But alas ! After 8 days of wait and suffering, I was refused to get the compensation in the form of a new battery showing the cause that the battery is tampered.Please take an necessary measure to resolve the matter in an earliest possible date.

Systematic villa and project made a fraud agreement that Shrusti estates private limited has permitted systematic villa and project pvt. Ltd, A —301, 3rd floor, Acrux Gokul Plaza, Bomikhal cuttack road, bhubaneswar 751010 for marketing of shrusti mansion/shrusti elite project 50% of B and D block vide letter no. 6428/SEPL/2011 dated 21/04/2011. I booked flat no 102D in shrusti elite project at sunderpada bhubaneswar on full payment basis for 13 lacs. On asking for agreement, money receipt and allotment letter from shrusti estate , the systematics villa & project refused. On writing a letter from colonel M P Nanda of station headquarter bhubaneswar on my behalf asking the above mentioned documents from shrusti estates pvt. Ltd, plot no. 339 (P), goutamnagar, BMC Mausima Main Road, bhubaneswar 751014 Mr S C Nayak director of the company stated that neither they have given any marketing rights for shrusti elite to systematics villa and project nor they have allowed anybody to receive money on their behalf vide letter no 6428/SEPL/2011 dated 21/04/2011. Ironically, there are two different letters quoting same letter no and date but stating different matters. Again a letter was sent to systematic villa and project for refund of money with interest by colonel M P Nanda station headquarter bhubaneswar on behalf of me.
A part of the amount about 7 lacs has been returned out of 13 lacs (principal amount). Cheque no. 016204 dated 7/7/12 amounting 58846 was deposited back by them and another cheque no 051709 dated 21/07/12 amounting 58846 was issued instead of above cheque. On depositing the cheque it has bounced. On sending multiple messages and several calls were made to ph no 9238371268, 9338889595 but no responces were shown.
Firstly they have tempered with the documentation and showing false documents they took 13lacs from me and now they are not returning the rest of the amount with interest. Kindly look into the matter, as I am retired army personnel, I earnestly request you take necessary action and help me get back my hard earned money with interest.

Hello sir/madam,
I had made an order on 11/07/2012 (casual shoes & a t-shirt) my order no- 2120835 from fashion and you . In their terms and condition the order will be delivered to a customer within 3 weeks after dispatching, my product dispatched from company date is 21/072012. after dispatching they have send a mail that product will reach within 7 day (excluding Saturday & Sunday). After crossing all the dead line I made call to their customer service & made of request on 2/08/2012(request no- 2091221) Thursday regarding delay of getting my product.They told me that I will get my package within 48-72 hours. After that From their logistic department assures me that I will get my product within 48 hours .But it has crossed all the dead line from fashion and you side & from their courier partner (first flight)end too.
Today after passing half the day when i not get my package , I again called to customer service to refund my money back they told me it is not possible until the process is going on.
I also called to courier service they always told me that product is on the way you will get it by the end of day, but the day is at end i got nothing.
sir I had lost my patience , money both.
this deal with fashion and you harasses me badly.
please do something, i am student and I just want a legal solution for this un-convince made by company.

Hi ,

I have purchased a new CBZ xtreme bike from JMG automobiles Cuttack on 8 January 2012. After just 6 days it's engine is being repaired . Then again in the 1st servicing the engine is repaired, then after just 2 months few engine parts are replaced. Now the bike totally stopped and didn't even start. I had to push it till my home. after sveral complains they are not even listening properly.After so much cost cutting from my day to day expenditure I purchased this bike. Now it is very much painful to see the bike in this condition. Please look into the matter .
