    Default Non delivery of courier

    Sir,

    My father has sent me a parcel from Mannargudi, Tamil nadu to Syntel International Ltd (GDC Campus), Talawade, Pune on 28th August, 2010 through DTDC courier. Till date I didnt receive my parcel and the concerned people are refusing to give proper response. Value of the item in that parcel is Rs. 3000 and the shipment number is T39165068. I am really fed up with the enquiries. Kindly consider this issue in high priority and revert me back to divi_2jannah@yahoo.co.in.

    Default Excess charges from AIRTEL for no fault of mine

    Dear Team,

    My mobile number is 9867620014 and i have received a bill of more than rs 8000,
    i used airtel 3g services for a week and this charge is for exceeding my limit.
    but what i am saying is the moment i received an sms that i have used my limit
    of 250 mb i called airtel and stopped 3G, i have complained so many times most
    of the time i was assured but customer care that this is unbilled usage and
    when i receive my bill i wont be charged now i have received my bill and it
    states i have to pay 8800 and out of which rs 8000 is for 3g service...this is
    unacceptable, for no fault of mine i have been charged this amout...i have
    followed the rules and cancelled 3G the moment i received and sms from
    airtel.....I am not going to pay this amount and am ready to go to even court
    to settle this matter.

    Customer care always say that they will get back but no one gets back. Please
    please help me.
    ALSO MY SERVICES ARE BARRED FROM LAST 2 WEEKS NOW. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS
    SOON.....I WANT TO CONTINUE WITH AIRTEL.....THANKS

    I am the new customer of Samsung & I have purchased a fully automated washing machine model no. WA82A5REC / XTL. This was the model no. written on the bill issued to me. But the washing machine dispatched to us is with different model no. WA85A5EN / XTL, though the box of machine was having correct details of our purchase. Details of my purchase is as below:

    Purchase date: 2/5/2011

    Purchased Model no. : WA82A5REC / XTL.

    Owner Name: Zakir Sayyed

    Bill No. 17148

    Distributor Name: Parekh Electronics (Nasik) Maharashtra (0253-2580229/2318041, 9225128157/58.

    Model No. delivered : WA85A5EH /XTL


    Though the box of the machine is correct but inside is the wrong product delivered at the home. I have made many calls to your Samsung Customer service center & even to the distributor office also but neither Samsung nor distributor is taking the responsibility of such a big mistake.

    I work with a service industry & my company is associated with hundreds of corporate & MNC clients all over India & I believes in first impression is a last impression. This was my first product from Samsung & I am very disappointed. Neither parties are entertaining my complaints, whenever I call, I get only the reply is " we will call you". I shall be writing the revives over our corporate email ids & shall be logging complaints to the consumer court untill I get the solution.

    Post complain against GSM Reliance service

    Sir,
    I want to register complain ( My Moblie No : 8928709994) against your service. I am unable to registered complain by mobile because I am in roming. This deduction is frequently done by GSM Service.

    Why regular deduction were made in my balance without any activation done by me. On 16-06-2011also Rs 30/- were deducted from my balance. I want complete Information regarding this deduction. This deduction is not happen once, it is regular since, I am in roming.

    Hi,
    Currently i am shifted from bangalore to mumbai.
    My Mobile no is 09341337456. i am approx 4 years old customer of Reliance Communication.
    I had recharge my mobile on 16th ocober 2011 of amount Rs 599 in bandra west in mumbai.
    But i cannot get anay facility even local and STD to reliance free or talk time amount.
    I had told the reliance shop in bandra west that you even give me talk time or cancel the recharge amount.
    But Reliance emoloyees said that it can't be possible to cancel your recharge or i can't give you talk time.

    It's unfair to a customer like me .
    So i wants my amount or talk time.
    Also you give him some punishment in terms of money so like that such companies dont cheating customer like me.

    I am waiting your reply..

    i have purchased MTS Mobile - ZTE CN600 T(LIVE WIRE) bearing serial no.A1000020D60A59 with SIM Phone no.8433300907 from Top up Distributors - Mr.Dheeraj Jain on the condition that the scheme offered on this mobile ie.150 mins, 150 sms & 150 mb data free per month for 12 months will be transferred on my cell no.9819657880, on agreeing to my condition i have paid the amount through my credit card - vide cash memo no.A 6483 dt.17.10.2011.Accordingly i have applied same day along with new mobile for MNP and transferred my cell no.98196 57880 on MTS net work on 22nd oct,2011 at 12 pm.

    To my surprise after transferring my no.98196 57880 my scheme did not get transferred on this no., so i called up Mr.Dheeraj jain and reported this problem - initially he refused and said that this scheme transferred on this no. but on my insistence told me that he will take up this matter to the seniors in MTS and kept the phone.

    Now he refuses to take my call and avoiding my phone calls - pls advice how to take this matter with consumer court or now what is the remedy?

    Thumbs down Complaint on Naukri Premium service order no. 110804CS51​3532

    I have subscribed for Naukri Premium resume services on 6th of August by paying 100% advance of Rs. 5000/- for order no.110804CS51​3532. Since then I have been following with Naukri team for getting the resume enhanced. It is almost 2 months and 23 days but the resume is still apearing as "unfinished" on the web. I have been sending mails after mails with no response, there is no tracking system for the complaints hence even though I am sending my input to them almost one month back but they are not changing the resume as per my input. Even making multiple complaints through Call center, email and through their chat, there is no change in the status. Hence I have asked them to refund the money to me on 22nd October via mail.
    I was surprise to see the status today (29th October 2011) that the Resume uploaded as finished version is still asking for some requirement which I have responded on 16th September 2011. The worst part of it is they have not given any cover letter to me till today. They have send this "UNFINISHED RESUME" to all domestic consultants, This is unacceptable, as this gives very bad impression about me.
    I am raising this in this forum for getting my refunds of the order.

    Default Compliant Regarding Reliance CDMA

    Dear Sir,

    I have a Reliance number for the last 5-6 years (9320002001) and have been paying my bills sufficiently in time. About 3 months back I lost my cell and immediately informed the Customer Care to block it.

    On 22nd Oct, 2011 I went to purchase my cell (and here is where the agony begins). I immediately paid up my dues for previous months an amount of Rs.1930/- bought a new handset and SIM. This purchase was done in Reliance Webworld Thane W. I told the customer care staff to activate my number and change my plan (from RMJ499 which is very expensive to Simple Full Value 399, presumably economical). She promised to do it on 24th Oct since I reached late on 22nd and 23rd oct was a sunday.

    On 23rd Oct I left for my vacations and returned on 4th Nov, realised that my plan continues to be the old expensive one. On speaking to *333 the helpline number of Reliance I was told that the plan would only get changed on 3rd Dec since apparently the plan change can happen when the bills are generated. On howling and shouting the Customer Care executive says, I can raise a dispute of Amount as per old Bill and new Bill and they will take a call subsequently. Further argument made this executive to put me to his Supervisor Uday Wagh who promised to change my Plan effective 3rd Nov since my original request was given on 22nd Oct. He gave me a compliant number (165152370) and also promised to adjust my excess amount of calls made between 25th Oct to 4th Nov as per the new plan (Complaint No 165152543).

    To my surprise today on 6th Nov I get an sms (system generated) that the plan would be effective 3rd Dec. I immediately called up *333 again and I was told the same raga again that it cant be changed before 3rd Dec. On further argument the floor supervisor by name of Ashfaque Shaikh informed me the same yet another time.

    I AM APALLED at the level of Service Reliance Communication is providing to its customers.

    Request your esteemed office to help me pursue this further.

    Angry Complaint against furniture4umumbai.in -Home / Kid

    By looking at furniture4umumbai.in website, we decided to go for our home furniture including kids room furniture. Initially, everything was rosy. Furniture was to be made at workshop and then fitted in the house. When we received the furniture, it was of worst quality. Very bad plywood as against committed, not on time, no proper fitment and not as per our design as well. Basic alignment etc were completely missing. Laminates were not properly stuck. We had kids furniture in duco-paint. Finishing was worst. No shine, no buffing. It’s just kind of painted wood. Touchup was promised, not done. No commitment of time. Carpenters were not available. We did a mistake and paid them quite a lot amount in advance, and we have not received the complete furniture as agreed wherein they do not have the capability to work at site as well. Furniture we received is not even worth of half the amount we paid. And in return, we just received nonsense excuses from the contractor. We were completely cheated in this entire deal and looking for proper guidance.

    i have been submitting rs.25000 in bajaj allianz since last 4 years and i have submitted a sum of rs. 1,00,000 but now when i want to withdraw the amount they are denying and are giving me only 76,000 so i request you to help me in this regard .my policy no is 0107152901(young care)
