    Dear Sir,
    Good Day

    8days back (01-09-2010) i purchased Whirlpool semi Automatic washing machine from Nandilath G-MART, Toll Junction;Edapally;Cochi. When the pack open, I saw bent on outer body. When asked about it to the Shop, they said it may be packing issues (but i really think that its an old washing machine). I told him to replace the machine and he said they can replace the damaged parts alone in 3 days and if I want a brand new machine, I have to wait for 7 days. Since I needed washing machine urgently, I told them to replace the parts alone. (I think i was foolish to opt for that choice. I paid for the brand new washing machine - around 7000 - and I should have insisted to replace the machine that day itself). Please advise me.

    Angry Non delivery and rudeness from blazeflash courier services triavndrum !!!!

    Dear sir,
    my relative have sent me a courier from delhi to trivandrum, booked under blaze flash courier services. My consignment id is 112848469. Till now i have not recieved it as it was to be delivered on 30th august. I tried to call them but half of the numbers are not responding and others are switched off.
    Please do the needfull.

    i cant getting costomercare calls....... for getting calls it seems to wait for long time (more than 30 minutes ) and sometimes the call automatically disconnects..... so we costomers cant get any costomercare support.....

    It would be much obliged and highly appreciated if you could do some thing to get our money back which we are waiting for a period of more than 4 years. Enclosed please find the copy of the letter which I forwarded to High Court of Kerala.

    Most Respected and Most Honorable Chief Justice,
    I don’t know whether writing this type of letter, to the Top of the Law of the State, is the proper way or not. Being an ordinary Keralite, I am not at all aware of those factors and procedures. But being a person in this era, having no faith in any political system or any other Government routines, I am seeing a little bit of rays of hope in YOU only………!!!!!!!!! So, kindly forgive me, if it is not the proper way of getting Your attention…forgive me…IT IS A REQUEST. A HEART MELTING REQUEST FOR AN IMMEDIATE ACTION IN THE BELOW MENTIONED SUBJECT. DO NOT IGNORE THIS LETTER…. PLEASE SIR… I knee down before you and request you with a melting heart, wet eyes and single hand.

    It is nothing else, but regarding the case of ‘LIS’. I don’t know whether You know it or not. But I think being a Chief justice and being an expertise in LAW having thorough experience in ruling so many courts in various parts of the country, it is within Your range and reach. So I very politely and humbly request You to consider this letter as a ‘tear drop’ from one among the thousands in Kerala (the low income group and the poor ones) who are suffering from this case so severely and so rudely.

    Ordinary people like me have made the investment with ‘LIS’ not just because of a greedy mind but just because of the trust they imposed on the public during the last 32 years and because of the survival and success they made through the several court orders in favour of them, especially the court orders made by Hon: Chief Justice V.K.Bali through the High Court of Kerala and more over they don’t retain even a single black mark of cheating a person so far in their business history. The needs like children’s education, children’s treatment, Marriage, House construction & reconstruction.etc… of an ordinary person can’t be described simply as ‘greedy’. Somebody should hear our heart beats for the survival; at least the Great People like You….We are really struggling so hardly to touch the two ends of our life, being victims of ‘LIS’ case and simply waiting since MAY 2006 for an inevitable decision, positive or negative whatever it may be.

    You believe it or not sir; ‘LIS’ had been raided and suspended on the 2nd week of MAY, 2006 and it was obviously just because of the political pressure. That is why the police have chosen that particular day, clearly followed by an Assembly Election and just before the new Government was in effect. The justice finding people like You can simply find the cunning routes behind such an incredible action.

    We, the invested people, are not simply putting the gown of an Advocate for ‘LIS’. IF THEY ARE ILLEGAL, THEY SHOULD BE BANNED…. ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT FOR THIS………… But there is a common factor which we are eagerly and so anxiously waiting. WE SHOULD GET OUR INVESTED AMOUNT BACK WITH BONUS, AS THEY PROMISED, or at least the invested amount. That is the target of this letter.

    I think no need to inform you about the Himalayan importance of our INVESTED AMOUNT. Already so many essential needs are in pending and only God knows how days are moving up. I know so many ‘LIS CASE VICTIMS’ who are at the edge of a suicide, but they still hope that a judgment (positive or negative) will come shortly to save their life.
    It would be much obliged and highly appreciated if you could do some immediate steps to make the JUDGMENT without further delay to save some valuable lives of ordinary people in Kerala.

    Post Deactivated my mobile sim card when requested MNP

    Sir,


    I have given a MNP request to change from my idea number to vediocon number on 03.02.2011
    but both the new vediocn sim and old idea sim are diactive state, i have requested too the customer care by direct talking with vediacon's customer care exicutiives , senior exicutieves and nodel officers.

    but they have told that to wait 2 hours , then to 4 hours then to 24 and again 24..

    I have trying to develop an it company for 2 month.. so this was my valuble times , i have lost projects and payments by these sim card issue ,

    i am seeing this as serious problem in my developments .

    so I kindly request and complaint accros vediocon mobile service to get claim for losted money by this situations

    Unhappy Cheating of SUNDIRECTon Special offer of WORLD CUP

    I am Georgekutty V.G. and I am a Sun direct customer. My mobile number is 9539765999. Now I am in Kottayam district of Kerala.

    I recharged World cup offer for 6 months @ 655/- Rs. on 02-03-2011. I paid the amount at once. But they split to avoid their offer.
    Till today (21/03/2011) ESPN, Star sports and Star Cricket (Channels 500, 502,and 508)are not activated,

    I contacted customer care 4 times and so far nothing happened. It caused me financial loss and I want to use my rights as customer.

    Default Fraud maid agency - Karunya Agency Eraviperoor - Not refunding the money

    Dear All,

    I contacted this agency( Karunya Agency Eravperoo) by looking at advertisement in news paper as I wanted a maid to look after my infant. The owner lady named Sindhu came with maid and took Rs.10000(Rs.6000 as one month salary advance + Rs.4000 as their service charge ). The maid wanted to speak to a paster over the phone and from that conversation we understood that she has come to work without the knowlege of her husband. We immediately called up the agency and asked them to replace this maid.They came immediately and took this maid and promised to replace the maid ASAP.That is it.After that we neither have the maid nor the money.We have the receipt and the photocopy of the maid id proof.Its been 6 months since we requested the agency to refund the money. Every time they say I'll pay in a weeks time. We have even tried sending the notice through an advocate to them but they are not accepting the notice itself.See the heights of fraud.

    I'm writing this for the benefit of those looking for a maid so that they can avoid these two fraud agencies from Kerala.

    Can any of you advise me how to get back the money from them as I haven't used their service for not even a day.

    Respected Sir,

    With reference to the above bill number I have purchased One "LERVIA MILK SOAP" from Margin free super market, Jacob's Tower, P.O Junction, Muvattupuzha. Before using the soap I verified the date of expiry of the soap and seen that the expiry date was written in that soap cover is July 2011.I have contacted the shop keeper and informed him that this soap is not usable because which has expired the expiry date. The shop keeper informed me that "If you don't want please give back the same there will be so many people who are ready to use". After verification of the shop counter in that shop I have seen some more soaps, which belongs to the same expiry date. For last 1 year I have been using same soaps which are bought from this shop. Which cause some irritation feelings in my skin.


    I humbly request you to take immediate action and advice him not to sell any products, which is expired to use as per the manufacture.

    This is Rahul dev From Cochin, Kerala here to put i n to your notice that my new Honda CBR 250r stopped running ,
    and i had to transport it to the nearest Honda service center,.
    I have Bought it on loan on 16/09/2011 and within one month only it had its breakdown.
    Even its First service is not yet done and i have this problem, No one is Taking care of it,seems no one is interested in repairing,
    My Bike is wit them and i'm paying the Interests,what the hell !!!!

    Default Complaint of a dual sim champion mobile of Samsung

    Dear sirs,
    I have purchased a dual sim mobile set of Samsung for Rs.4300/- from a dealer by name Simcity, New bus stand,Iritty,Kannur on 16th September. On 17th itself it developed troble shooting. When I approached the dealer, he told that it was due to my unfamiliarity with the operational aspects that the set was not functioning properly. i believed him. Second and third days also I wenbt to his shop with the same complaint. On the 4th day, ie on 20th Sept. I handed over the set to the dealer. fter 1 month he told me that the display unit was broken and it will cost me Rs.1200/- for its replacement. When I lodged a complaint with the company, the cost was reduced to Rs.700/- for which also I was unwilling to reconcile. The correspondences continued. They have gone back on their word. The company again wanted me to pay the original quote of Rs.1200/. Having failed to redress my grievence by the company, I am planning to file a police complaint against the dealer. This complaint is a prelude to you assuming that you may be able to prevail on the company to do justice.
    If called for I shall send you all my correspondences with the company
