    Dear sirs,
    I have purchased a dual sim mobile set of Samsung for Rs.4300/- from a dealer by name Simcity, New bus stand,Iritty,Kannur on 16th September. On 17th itself it developed troble shooting. When I approached the dealer, he told that it was due to my unfamiliarity with the operational aspects that the set was not functioning properly. i believed him. Second and third days also I wenbt to his shop with the same complaint. On the 4th day, ie on 20th Sept. I handed over the set to the dealer. fter 1 month he told me that the display unit was broken and it will cost me Rs.1200/- for its replacement. When I lodged a complaint with the company, the cost was reduced to Rs.700/- for which also I was unwilling to reconcile. The correspondences continued. They have gone back on their word. The company again wanted me to pay the original quote of Rs.1200/. Having failed to redress my grievence by the company, I am planning to file a police complaint against the dealer. This complaint is a prelude to you assuming that you may be able to prevail on the company to do justice.

    Sir

    My BSNL lan line and broadband line was out of order for 95 days and i am paying broadband rent annually and lanline monthly
    it will come arount 700 rupees monthly. Now they are giving a amount of RS 334 (KRL/CO/2011/16257) for the above period of (95 days)
    I am not satisified with this amount. What can i do further ? . Waiting your reply. My email radhakrishnannp@yahoo.com

    Default Tata Docomo billing error

    Sir,
    I am using tata docomo post paid connection (mobile no.-8891006668) with my plan being diet plan 299. In august first week I requested the customer care, medical college branch, Thiruvananthapuram in writing to activate my 150 mb of free GPRS which was included in my diet plan 299. But when the bill came in September I was astonished to find that 150 mb GPRS was billed at a rate of 1paisa/kb i.e., an excess of Rs.1500. I contacted the customer care at medical college and they informed me that some mistake occurred at the network and they asked me pay the August’s bill deducting the amount of Rs.1500 from my total bill amount. When the next bill came in October the same mistake was repeated charging me a excess of Rs.1500. I again contacted the customer care at medical college and they said that they still don’t know how this is happening. They said that they had already sent an email to their Cochin main office regarding the wavering of Rs.1500 from the last bill and they told me that they will repeat the same drill for this bill too. Fed up with my GPRS plan i asked them to change my plan to 2Gb/month for Rs.50. When the bill came in November the billed amount of October mobile usage was correct but the amount they said to waver(1500+1500) came added to that bill. I again contacted them regarding this bill and they again repeated what they said in the previous months. During these days I contacted the customer care ‘121’ and they always end their speech by saying that they will look into the matter. Four months has passed and no clarification has been made in this matter. Now my outgoing and incoming calls are getting blocked. When I complained this to the customer care at Medical College they will reconnect it. One or two days later again my calls are blocked. This disconnecting and reconnecting drama has been going on for the past 1 month. I am a doctor doing my postgraduation in orthopaedics at Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram. The disconnection of network services at unexpected hours is creating a lot of problems during my duty hours and that for a mistake they made. Kindly pay your valuable attention to this matter and save me from a burden i have been carrying for the past 4 months. An early action will be highly appreciated.

    Default Vitrified Tiles Cheating- Cost above MRP

    Nature of Complaint
    I have purchased 188 Nos of Vitrified Tiles i.e 47 packets containing 4 tiles (Vita 605x605 Vitrified Panthra Commercial) on 24/02/2012 as per receipt number 1686. They told me that the cost of tile/sq meter is Rs 39/- (i.e Rs 159/Tile) and after bargain they reduced it to Rs 37 (i.e Rs 148/Tile). So total cost of 188 tiles as per bill was Rs 27824 (188*148=27824). Cost for 1 packet containing 4 tiles is 4*148=592. But the actual MRP (inclusive of all taxes) printed by the company is Rs 560 only (Rs 140/Tile). So the actual cost of 188 tiles is 26320 only (188*140=26320). They cheated me for Rs 1504 (27824-26320=1504). What a cheating!. I called the proprietor/owner on 25/02/2012, he told me that the MRP is printed to Rs-560 to bring down the excise duty. Kindly take strict actions against them to stop these type of cheating. An early action will be highly appreciated. Image of Receipt is attached.

    I have booked an AAKASH TABLET through "aakashtablet .com" online booking during Dec 2011 Vide Booking Ref:-PM0A40F85B0D.After that I made so many mail correspondences.Following Deatils are submitted in this regard.

    2.Demand Draft number 957642 of SBT Dt.27-02-2012 for Rs2,999 based on the promise made by them to deliver the device on priority to me.They have acknowledged the receipt of Draft through mail.(SupportIn\(s\)" supportin@datawind.com on 23 Mar-2012)
    Till date they neither send the device nor replying properly.
