    I have paid the booking amount Rs. 3.0 Lakhs( three lakhs only ) vide HDFC Jamshedpur Cheque no. 430518 dt.
    08.07.2011.

    Due to some of my problem I am requesting you to kindly transfer/adjust my this booking amount on my earlier
    flat no. KBA-12/401 Keinsgton Boulevard , Wish Town , 1615 sq. ft.

    Also requesting to do it before 24.09.2011 which is my next due payment date of flat no. KSI-7/2201 so that I may not penalise.

    Unhappy Money Return by Samridhi Creatives Pvt Ltd Ranchi

    Respected Sir,

    On December 2010, I submitted an application for allotment of a 30x50 plot in Rangoli Neori vikas, Ranchi by paying ` 1,50,00.00 to Samridhi Creative Pvt Ltd, Ranchi. Till August 2011 they didn’t call us neither for agreement nor registration even after several requests.

    In this view on 10th August 2011, I submitted a cancellation letter against my application for allotment of the plot/ land and to return our money. Till now they are not returning my money. Simply they are dragging the days and showing the fingers on one another of the board members of Samridhi creative Pvt Ltd.

    As I am from Karnataka, here I don’t have any friend and relatives to support me to get back my money.

    In this view, I sincerely request you to help me to get back my money.

    Default hcl service centre unable to repair my laptop

    good day sir
    i have given my hcl laptop for repair on hcl ranchi service centre. on 5/9/11.
    which is not-repaired till now date.
    the guy had there offered me buy back offer and offering me Rs 5000 for my
    laptop.
    since i have bought my laptop with software n all in Rs.41000,
    and if its not been repaired then i am getting this HANDSOME BUY BACK
    OFFER from the service center.
    its almost more than 3 months,i am so much exhausted and full of guilty by
    buying n believing on HCl.
    i came to know from management that they were resolving my laptop
    problem by thier own,so that they can put some bucks in their pocket.
    so my laptop is till now not been repaired.they haven't sent it to the kolkata service centre.
    when i was calling and inquiring abt the status of my laptop after
    paying the advance for repair Rs. 1000 + Rs 500 intialy,which he has told around Rs 4000
    intialy for repair.
    now he is telling that it has returned back from kolkata without being
    repaired.i don't know the truth.
    but the management is telling they are just falsifying
    and asked me sorry for their deeds.
    again the management has called me and told that they are looking in this matter,since they have taken one week time again for repair
    and sent it to kolkata again,and told me that they will inform me by this Tuesday,which is already passed.but till now it has not been repaired.
    since i am suffering here,what should i do.
    its already four month running,for repairing one laptop.

    My son Master Sagar Sinha was provisionally admitted in Science( PCM) CLASS XI in Session 2010-2012 in DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL,SAIL TOWNSHIP,P.O.-DHURWA,RANCHI-834004.And I had deposited draft of Rs Twenty four thousand eight hundred and seventy only(24870)on 31-05-2010 But due to some unavoidable circumstances, he could not join this School. And I had sent the request to The Principal,Delhi Public School,RANCHI ,to refund Rs Twenty Thousand (20000) only as per judgement of honourable Supreme Court.After my dozen e mails and submission of written Application ,they finally refunded me Rs.Five Thousand only.It seems that they are not interested in refunding me Rs. Fifteen Thousand (15000)more as per my request and judgement of honourable Supreme Court.I am waiting with patience till now for refund of Rs. Fifteen Thousand (15000)more.But it seems that they are not heeding to my request.So,I am requesting you to help me to get the refund of Rs Fifteen Thousand (15000)more.

    sir my name is suraj prakash minj. i have recharged reliance 3g gprs plan of Rs. 201 for my mobile number( 9835508128) but customer care said to me for this plan no any service available then i have told to customer care return my money but he said this is not posible i m sorry. now tell me what i have to do with this reason.

Aaj se 4 mahine pahle meri bike se accident ho gayi thi jisme me meri bike ka kuch parts damage ho gaya tha, main ne, Hero Honda shooroom jiska address - Dumka Automobiles, Bhagalpur road, Dumka, 814101, Jharkhand, india, Contact no no - 06434-222110, 06434-222110. hai, me diklaya, shooroom walo ne kaha ki agar aap ka Rs 3000/- se under hi bike ka parts damage huwa hai to wo yahi se claim ho jayega, main kaha ji 3000/- se under hi damage huwa hai tab unhone kaha ki thik hai claim ho jayega srif aap bike ka insurance wala aur bike ka pepar shooroom kal lete aaiyega. Us din se leke aaj tak srif dumka hero honda shoo room wale srif bahana hi bana rahe hai, muj ko taalam toli kar rahe hai, kabi bolte hai aap ke bike ka parts nahi aaya ??? kabi bolte hai ki wo insurance claim wala aadmi nahi hai etc... Sir main bahut hi jada pareshan ho gaya hun, please meri help ki jay...

    Default delay in replacing one part of washing machine

    i purchased my washing machine MODEL: ERGO 6512R 22 oct 2011 from BHARAT ELECTRONICS,RANCHI.After few months on 15TH january 2012 suddenly my machine started leaking water so we complained to IFB and they came on 22nd January and we came to know some pipe was cut by a mouse,so they gave a temporary repair and they took 250 rupees and when we asked for the reciept they said that they dont give reciept for this, and said the pipe will be replaced within few days(please note this they said in few days).Now it has been like 2 months passed but they didnt even bothered to change it.We have continuously called them and complained about it but the Hazaribagh IFB in-charge MR.RANJAN DUTTA said that he has talked to its superiors and they are saying it will be done in few days he even messaged me the date he said within 15th march it will be replaced.

    More than this the way and behavior of the IFB employees with their customer is more disappointing.i should mention that a employee named SUNITA from the IFB HAZRIBAGH BRANCH and one more employee named AZAD of JAMSHEDPUR BRANCH they were heights among them....instead of helping they gave us more problem talked rudely and said they are not responsible.

    one more thing we even called to BHARAT ELECTRONICS BUT THEY ALSO DIDN'T EVEN BOTHERED TO GIVE ANY HELP TO US.We were going to purchase LG WASHING MACHINE but they only insisted us to buy IFB WASHING MACHINE.

    I request you to look into the matter and do justice and compensate for the loss and harrassment for 2 months along with other invisible cost incurred in giving telephonic calls.
    if you want then we can even give you the telephone call record.

    Dear Sir,
    I have submitted my claim on 05.05.12 at ESIC hospital, old H. B. Road, Ranchi.
    From 05.05.12 to till date every alternate day the staff are saying your claim file on process. Each & every time they are giving a new excuse. No body is taking responsibility. My claim amount is around Rs. 1 lac & my salary is not good enough to return those who helped me on the time of emergency.

    Unhappy Regarding Delayed credit of my Salary in Axis Bank , Account No 0120101100069720

    Dear Sir,

    I am working in The Tinplate Company Of India Limited ( A Tata Group of Company), Golmuri, Jamshedpur , Jharkhand. My Monthly salary comes through Axis Bank.
    In every month Salary goes to Axis Bank on 3 to 4 of the date . It has been credited within 2 Days. After that Home Loan (Which I have taken from Axis Bank) has been deducted about Rs 11230/Month)
    In my July '12 Month salary Rs 22574.95 , By default double deduction of Home Loan has done by the Axis Bank & due to this Balance not shown , when checked at Axis Bank ATM. on 07 July'12
    I lodged a complain in Axis Bank, Sakchi Branch on 11th of July'12, They accept their fault & told that within 7 Days Money has been revert back. But on 19th July '12 revert money has not been shown in the balance .I keep complained to the bank but Till 21st July'12 It has not been shown in the balance when checked at the ATM , recipt No SPCNO1220, Card No xxxxxxxxxxxx3797 . On 22 July'2012 the balance has shown when checked at the ATM-recipt No SPCNO1220, Card No xxxxxxxxxxxx3797. In every Months salary shown in the statement in the bank on the date 6th /7th

    In my family I have 2 children with wife. Due to this I was in problem of Monthly expenditure for lively hood.I could not submit School Fee of my children, Milk Bill etc. I have taken CAR Loan from the SBI, Bistupur Branch , Jamshedpur, Against loan I have given cheque(rRs 3294/-) of Axis Bank , which goes to for clearance after 17 of the date , Due to balance not shown in my account in Axis Bank , it has been bounced ( Cheque No 940518). Axis Bank deducted Rs 393.26 against cheque bounced . Again SBI Bistupur Branch phoned me for bounced of cheque & told me on 18th July'12 to deposite immediatly the loan amount in cash with fine of Rs 100/
    I told to Axis Bank -Loan Sanction branch that due to your mistake as the double deduction has been done I am in mentally ,physically tension along with my family,
    You have to pay for this ,But Axis Bank denied to pay .
    I would there fore request you kindly to intervene in this matter & provide claim of Rs 30000

    Default poor service by Tata Photon

    Sir,
    Due to poor service of ur company i am suffering from mental harresment..details of the problem faced by me as follow:
    1. I purchased the Tata Photon + bearing no 9204858960 in the month of august 2011. while using
    it for 3-4 days the connection got deactivated . when i talked to customer care they said due
    to unable to verify your address we have disconnected ur service. i make a request for the
    verification of my address. but non of ur representative come to verify.again i called to
    customer care they said we are unable to verify ur address . i said " if ur representative
    would have come then why he didnot called me". after some days i got a call form ur Jamshedpur
    Nodal office and they said " you have resubmit ur document, then we will resume ur service."
    i said if once i submitted the document then why i have to submit it again.? finally i said i am not going to submit the document .

    2. then call came for the payment I said when you have resumed my service I don’t have any idea neither a call nor email come to me reading the activation of my account. So I have nbot used the service I am liable for that what I have used . then a call from ur office came and said “ just came payment of Rs 108/- towards final settlement. Then we will switched ur connection to prepaid. I finally make online payment of Rs 108/- ref no. MHDF2667122630/TTSL – BIHAR dated 05/01/2012.

    3. then I went to Tata photon HUB for the migration into prepaid they said “ our server is slow plz come tomorrow “ . again after 3 -4 day I went again I got the same response from ur center . center only meant for sale not for service though I realized .

    4. finally I abandoned the service of ur company. But bill was generated every month. On 26th apr 2012 I registered a online complain ref. no 487845 but yet not my complain had been resolved. Several to customer care and nodal office but nobody respond to my complain. even a complain to Mr. Jogesh Nayar my problem is not resolved.
    5 Today I got a phone call from person saying that company had filed a case of fraudulent against me and they have sent legal notice to me. but in reality I did not received any notice from ur side. Again I registred a online complain no 555982.
    Due to failure in ur service I am suffering a lot . this is my request to you kindly look into this matter and resolves it soon as possible .

    Default cheque bouncing

    Dear sir

    I had booked a 3 BHK flat in JAMSHEDPUR (Jharkhand) in October 2008.The builder could not deliver the flat as promised.After lot of chasing ,Finally in June 2012 Builder informed me that he is unable to deliver the flat and ready to pay me back the amount paid to him with 12 % simple interest. I finally agreed to the payment as I was fed up chasing him. Builder gave me 3 cheque of equal installment and encashment is also distributed over 3 months. I deposited the first cheque on 25-06-12 and it bounced and the bank report was “exceeds the arrangement”. I have tried to contact the builder and he is not responding positively and only replying “I am arranging your money”. I am frustrated over the builder’s attitude and I request your kind intervention to solve my problem at the earliest.
