    Default Cancellation of air ticket from Delhi to Srinagar

    My daughter was supposed to board the POORVA express from Aligarh jn. to New Delhi on the 25th of May 2010 at
    4:45 a.m. (pnr no. 6241746041 ) as she had to catch the Spice jet flight SG224 on the same day at 12:30 p.m. (pnr U1VJDG). The said train arrived at the boarding station at 6:40 a.m. that is nearly 2 hours late and travelled so slowly as to reach New Delhi Railway station at 12:10 p.m. making it impossible for her to reach in time for the flight.
    This has caused not only loss of the ticket which was for Rs. 5400 and extra expenses had to be incurred for the alternative, not to mention the embarassment and anxiety it caused us.

    In this context the Railway Authorities may be questioned and brought to book.

    i am an current acount holder of HDFC BANK A/c no. 08502020000556. namely WANI ASSOCIATES. Srinagar
    sir, i deposited a cheque bearing ch. no.B 745856, ch. dated. 31/03/2010, amount Rs. 62,249.00. in the HDFC branch Barzulla sgr. on 03/05/2010. till date the said branch is unable to locate my cheque. i am visiting the said branch twice dailly for the states of my cheque but no body is bothering to help me in this matter.
    now it is requested to you please help me and oblige

    I have booked a helicopter ticket for my parents to visit Holy “Kedaranath” through my credit card on 12/05/2010 AN. The ticket details are as follows:

    Travel Date: 23-May-10 Flight No: PH901, Departure Time: 0720 Hrs

    Now there is a difference of Rupees 1441.16/- between the ticket amount and the amount paid through credit card. Regarding same, your Delhi office (Mob No. 09968686811) was contacted telephonically. It was intimated that the balance amount Rupees 1441.16 will be refunded to the passengers at helipad itself at the time of boarding the flight.But at the bording time it was not refunded.
    I have already intimated this information through registered letter(dated:3rd June2010) to the The Manager,Pawan Hans Helicopters Ltd,New Delhi Office (Safdarjung Airport),Ph No. : 011-24651248, 24690924.But till date no response from the concerned authorities .
    So, it is requested to take necessary action for the same.

    Hello,
    We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of PawanHans, mention all the details in it, attach photocopy of all the supporting document and ask them for the refund within the mentioned time in the notice.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Hope this may solve your problem.

    i am a retailer of digital tv i recharged dth of airtel with 160 rs . in another i have got another that u have recharged two the customer id ,
    i complant to cstomer care for transfer of 160 rs back to lopo . they tells me that we refund 160 rs to distributors lopo but distributoron other side tells me i have not received any amount from digital tv . that is airtel digital company .what he do with a retailer so what he can do with a customer u think

    Default complain against HUMSAFAR KASHMIR ART EMPORIUM

    Dear sir,

    i have purchased a woolen package rs. 8400/- from humsafar kasmir art emporium, they told me you can submitte your advance to book your order rs.1000/- & balance money you can pay at the time of delivery, i had book my order in august-3,2010, my bill no. Is 806 on the name of ambika paliwal, faridabad- haryana, after call many times to them people to send delivery they make me fool, there is 3 months but they didnt send any delivery, my delivery address is for faridabad, now they dont pick my phone calls, i am tired to communicate with those people, in my last call they give me parcel postal no, but it was wrong. There is no parcel of that no.
    Kindly help me.

    All big restuarant and hotels charge first amount above MRP then also charge Vat.
    Please look into the matter and protect the conumer from this dominance.

    Exclamation Subject- wrong and enormous penalty charged againgt icici credit card

    Dear sir
    it is to bring to your notice that icici bank (credit card ) has blocked / deducted Rs 3646.11 from my saving bank account at icici bank, dehra dun (uk) for late payment of Rs 100 ,which is not understood.Sir ,though i belong to dehra dun but being in ARMY i am staying in J&K since Dec 2008. i have also not received any information or warning regarding late payment.My contention is that if some how i was not in position to know about the Rs 100 late payment then why can't the bank deduct the said payment before when the amount was less /or inform me through e mail.why did the bank waited for so long and let the due payment of Rs 100 shoot up to Rs 3646.11. sir, i am in high altitude area and not in position to stay in touch on regular basis.may i request you to look into my predicament to resolve this issue and save me from further harassment .

    Thumbs down Dish TV HD loots customers openly!

    Respected sir,
    I received a Dish TV HD set top box with Samsung LCD for Rs 750. VC number is 01513277617. Dish TV took 6 days to install STB, instead of stipulated 72 hrs.

    I also came to know after installation from customer care that Dish TV HD has made it compulsory for HD STB owners to recharge only Platinum + HD channel pack, which happens to be the most expensive pack offered by Dish TV. Also it contains all the channels available with Dish TV, thus in a way Dish TV is forcing customers with HD STB to pay and see channels against their requirement and will. The customers have no freedom to select channels of their choice, but to submit to the exploitation of Dish TV.

    I would like to bring out that Dish TV did not inform me about this policy prior to installation. It is also not mentioned in any voucher/ promotional advertisement of Dish TV HD.

    I would like to inform that other HD DTH providers like Airtel, Tata Sky have given full freedom of choice to their customers. Also Dish Tv has customized packs available for customers with normal STB, but is hard bent to fool and exploit customers with HD STB.

    Sir, I have seen similar complaints from other Dish TV HD subscribers on various Blog sites on net. Such opportunist, unfair and oppressing compulsions of Dish TV HD are not acceptable.

    Dear sir, please guide me to oppose this exploitation by dish TV HD.
