    Sir,


    On 05/04/2011, at 1.15 pm, i visited the shop of BIG BOSS situated at Residency Road Srinagar and was looking for the products and inadvertently a sugar pot fell down on floor and had a small crack. The sales person there mis behaved with me and charged the full amount of Sugar pot being the Rs 350/= .Since i had only Rs 200/=.Due to his misbehavior i got humiliated which prompted me to pay him Rs 200/=. In addition they insisted me for the remaining Payment of Rs 150/= and didn't allowed me to leave the shop. After providing the guarantee of 3rd person known to them and me as well , only then they allowed me to leave the shop.

    Respected sir,

    my complaint is about the airtel company which is creating troubles for us on every now then.sometimes they are asking for new phtographes or new phtostate copies of the identity proofs.
    my complaint is that i have submitted two times my identity proofs and new phtotographes.yesterday on
    dated 05/April/2011 they have made my phone idle from one side when contacted to customer care executive through another phone they told me that you have to resubmit your documents.i am not able to understannd why the company is not taking identity proofs once for all.
    they are taking all the proofs at the time of issuence of simcard.
    now i rrequest your goodself to kindly look into the matter.

    Unhappy Not recived Refund Amount

    Dear Team ,

    I booked helicopter for Maa Vashno Devi yatra ...

    Total no. of Passenger:- 3

    Booking Date : 29 /04/11

    Travel Date : 06/05/11

    I Cancelled booking 4 days before the trevel date ....but i not recived my Refund amount ..

    Post videocon wrong charging

    videocon service auth. Centre for mobiles aj jammu cannal road opp. Kwality sweets namely shop as mobile care is charging me 2200 rupees for a display and told me that this is the rate from the company end when i talked with the videocon mobile customer care they do agree with me that they are wrong charging for the display. when i first time visted to the mobile care office they told me it wil be get done in between 800 to 1000 rupes i said ok then after few days of visting their office they told me that it will be get done in betwen 1000 to 1200. I said ok but after few days they said it will be get done in 2200 rupees. Then i get shocked bcoz this is the huge amount to change a display. When i visted to kashmir for some personal work i vist to the videocon service centre for mobile at kashmir which is at karanagar sgr. Opp. H.d.f.c bank shop namely as smart care they told me that i wil get repaird in just 1250 rs only even the company is the same videocon. Both service centres are auth. By videocon then why the service centre at jammu is charging a wrong bill. To the customer please check out the matter.

    Default cheating

    dear sir/madam
    i got my admission outside j&k through a consultant.the consultant told me to pay 92000/=in advance to get an admission in the college.but when i went to that college they told me that we have received only 20000/=.when i contacted the consultant they just threatened.and told me to find my money.
    please help in getting the money back.how can i get my money back

    Default Not giving me service.

    i need to complain about micromax service center in my city,i have been roaming around there from last 4 months,they never take my phone problem seriously.and never took my phone for checking,my phone is facing some black spots in display and now speakers are not working,please tell me what to do.? i am a student i,begged my parents to buy me a micromax andro A60 phone,and now there is no service given to me,i have the bill(retail invoice) and the phone is in warranty period..,so please tell me what to do.?or should i go to consumer department at my city court.???

    Default Airtel company is deceiving the public

    R/sir,

    i have made a call to 121 to contact to the customer care which informed me that to recharge with the amount of RS 103 and you will get the talktime of 302 airtel to airtel minutes and validity of one month, on recharging the same neither validity has reached nor amount has been credited to my account, now i request that some kind of action must be initiated agaist the deceiving airtel company.

    Exclamation Passport Denied

    respected sir/madam
    I applied for passport vide file no.A020505/09 in regional passport office Srinagar in October 2009. unfortunately my passport is withheld because of adverse police report that my uncle is in Pakistan. Why should i suffer for no fault of mine. i want your good office to help me get out of this two year old mental agony as soon as possible.

    Default Courier not recieved

    A courier was booked by blazeflash couriers on 9.12.2011 from baddi whcih was to deliver to me at Kathua. But till today (16.12.2011) i have not recieved the courier. I Contact blazeflash customer care cell but all is in vain. Then i sent email to blazeflash chairman and managing director, they forwarded my my mail to their official subordinates. End of the day I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE COURIER.

    Angry Fake Pashmina Blanket scheme under j&k government.

    Hello,

    I visited Jammu on 31, Dec 2011. We went for sightseeing and hired a taxi from Katra. The driver took us to a place called Jam want Gufa. There were two-three shops by the name of J and K GRAMENE KHADI UDYOG, Lower Raghunath Bazaar Jammu. They showed us some items, out of which there was one main item. The item was a blanket made of some animal fur. They gave a blanket of Rs. 32,800 in a scheme(50% discount) in Rs 16,400/-. Additionally they gave us five free gifts. They told us that after 21 months the main blanket will be collected from my home by their representative and amount of Rs. 24,600(75% of the original price of the product) will be given at that time. They also told us a free tour package of kashmir will given after the one year of date of purchasing. I have booked three orders one with by wife name and others two of my sister’s name. At the time booking we have paid Rs. 6,800/- through debit card(for two orders) and cash Rs. 3400/- for the third order Receipt no. 945, 946, 947.
    When I came back to gwalior on 2/1/2012 I have doubt on this scheme so that I have gone through the net and found that many peoples were cheated by this scheme. So I immediately called him(Mr. Gaurav(09906140048, 09997240594) representative of the shop) at the shop & asked him to cancel the consignment which he agree at that time & when I told him that the cash back to my account, he agree over that. But now he demands original slip of booking and so many thing he told me.
    Can you please help us in this matter or advise us how to proceed with the same? This is a shameful act on the name of government for cheating tourists.
