Sub : Complaint against Sarva Institute of Hotel managment Sec 8 Panchkula.

My son is studing in the above said study centre of PTU as PTU is a brand and the name but these type of centres are giving bad name to a reputed organisation .the centre has no

proper faculty to teach the students neither they are trying to appont proper faculty. On 16-05 2012 at about 12pm in the afternoon i made a request phone call to the Managing Director of the

centre Mrs Malini Dahiya for providing the faculty as students suffer without faculty . Instead of helping the student she immediately went to the classroom of my son and slapped him 3 4 times

himulated him in front of other students and used abusive language and warned him that she will throw her out of institution.

She also thretened me with abusive language which she is not supposed to use with a parent , it clearely shows she is not a proffesional person and not fit to run a prestigeous institute

of PTU . You are therefore requested to take immediate action against the institute so that she is not able to harass some more children,if action is not taken it clearely shows that PTU is

concerned with only making money and they dont care about student and their carrer.There is no check on these institutions from the PTU authorities. For the last one month they dont have faculty

and they send my son home by telling him that when faculty will be arranged he will be called, but there was no such call.Today also she had no staff and when i complaint she instead of arranging

faculy told my son to take migration and join other PTU centre and she has also taken 1 year advance payment from us whereas my son has recently given exams of first sem.This is clearly

cheating and spoiling carrer of stuents.Afer hearing this my wife who is already a patient has gone under deep depression and is not responding to her senses she is in a deep shock and my son

who is already a asthma patient is also feeling depressed and humiliated and does not want to continue his studies by being insuted badly by MD of institute.

Under RTI i have right to know what action authorities(GOVT & PTU ) is going to take against managment of this institute and save common man from such frauds.please intimate me by

email & Post ,I am looking forward for justice .

On 17.06.2012 aroungd 6.45 PM I had visited ( with ny wife and daughters) APSARA Ice Cream Parlour and taken a coupon ( Coupon no. 349 dated 17.06.2012) for Kulfi Lache (1 no) and Crazy Cone ( 2 nos). My daughter opened the ice cream cone and found that the said cones are totally melted. Immediately I informed the owner of said shop, he said we shall supply only this type ( the said shop is under CCTV camera your goodself can see the video of same day).

When we request him that it is not good than he start misbeaving.

Your are requested to kindly look into the matter and behaviour of such person.

Kindly help me in getting my right from my former employer, Educomp Solutions Limited, Gurgaon.!

I am running from post to pillar for my "Full and Final" even on 105th day of my LWD ( last working day ) at Educomp. I had submitted ALL the stuff required for NDC ( no dues certificate ) on time. After this, the company has sent me the final calculation, which has been accepted by me on email. The case is now struck at finance at HO. myHR is not responding to my mails. I have written to the director and MD as well, but they are not responding. I am clueless !

I am not doing any job, just about to begin a fresh business, that largely depends on my Full and Final payment.

Kindly help !

Sub– 15 days old fridge worth 57000/- has stopped working
Respected Sir,
I need to bring to your notice my shocking experience with Samsungproduct.
I purchased a Samsung fridge on 12^th of May from OPEN WORLDGURGAON, GF – 6-9, The Plaza, M G Road, Gurgaon, Tel – 4101655, 9212736145 by paying 57000/- which I took loan of nine equal installments.
On 31^st May the fridge was out of order and there was nocooling. I had to throw all my food items cooked ,uncooked which I had keptwith all care since I purchased this product after several survey and multiplevisits to many showrooms.
After several calls to the call center the engineer ( Mr Dogra9818118243) rectified the problem. But to my surprise the fridge has again stoppedworking since 12^th of June. On 5^th when Mr Dogra was repairing the fridge, my sonby mistake was terribly hurt with a big cut in his leg when he fell down on therepairing parts of fridge. The bleeding stopped only when we took him to thehospital and there were five stitches in his leg. His entire summer vacation isbeing spoiled since he is confined to home and not able to walk.
I am in complete inconvenience in this peak summer and you canunderstand my agony with my family.
I am really surprised that how can an organization like Samsung hasproduced a product worth of 57000/- which even does not run for a month. Hasthe quality deteriorated so much? Is it being imported from China and beingsold in India in Samsung brand which is absolutely inferior in quality?
I request your office to give me justice by giving back my money andcompensation of a lac for the inconvenience caused. Samsung should understandwhat happens when it plays with customer’s hard earn money.

This is in reference to my wife's Tata Mutual Policies folio no:- 2660321/03 and 2660320/06 which was stopped and amount was redeemed on 26 march 2012. However we are still getting messages and Tata mutual is claiming NAV amount on every month from HDFC bank 04801140030302, due to which bounce back charge of RS 393.00 and 593.00 has been deducted twice from HDFC bank A/C.

We have againg wrote a letter on 26th may,We have the proof of SIP stop on paper with stamped date even though TATA mutual fund sending the request to HDFC bank for SIP amount deduction, due to which HDFC bank has charged near about RS 1500 for the bounce back. This is the worst service i have had and we have been charged for month of April and May even if the both Policies were closed on March month.

I'm Rakesh Verma. I've booked six tickets of Bol Bachan Movie on Jul 7, 2012 on 3:00 PM from IDBI Bank Net Banking. But in the last page/moment it failed and ticket not booked. In the second attempt I've booked my ticket from other Bank portal. I contact bank to refund my money 1140 but they are saying transaction successful and contact dealer. Now I'm mailed pvrsupport@pvrcinemas.com 4-5 times but they are really deaf. I've not got any reply from their side. I found two customer care number (0124) 4708090, 4708100 but no any response.

here is general store in H no 2274, new housing board colony , near sanoli road famous with STD name always charging more than MRP on all the eatables items .

like soft drink bottle of 200 ml MRp is RS 12 but he is selling same for RS 13
Vita dahi cost RS. 11 but he is selling at RS 12

Please take some action against him so that he must stop this practice of charging higher price.

Today, I purchased 300ml Pepsi bottle to drink in Rs.15/-at the "Govt Canteen" open at ‘Mini Secretariat” Gurgaon. I saw lot of contamination and suspended dirt particles in it. I immediately contacted to shopkeeper and asked for some other sealed bottles of Pepsi. I was very surprised when I noticed same type of contamination in each bottle Then, I asked about the bill but shopkeeper refused my request to provide the bill of same lot. He gave the bill for some other lot of Pepsi after long struggle. Then, I complaint at "Food safety and control Dept" at fourth floor in "Mini Secretariat', I surprised when they not accept my complaint and told me this issue not come under this dept. So, I submitted my complaint to ‘Food Supply and Security Office,” Gurgaon for further action. Hope, they will take some effective action against the culprits that help to save the life people of my city. I kept the bottle as a sample with me for bottle "Govt Canteen" shopkeepr charged Rs.15/- extra from me.
