This is Dr. Senthil Kumar, I have done my PhD from IIT Delhi. Now, I am doing Post Doctorate at NTU, SIngapore. Recently, I have booked a flight ticket from Chennai to Singapore from Makemy Trip website. The booking ID is NN252042216110. They have taken Rs. 9360.40/- from the bank account for the same. I was supposed to travel on 3 Nov 2011, but till 31 Oct 2011 they didn't send my e-ticket. After several e-mail and telephonic conversations they told me that my ticket has not been confirmed. At the last moment I had to book ticket in another flight and come back to Singapore.
The problem is that, initially they said they will refund my money Rs. 9360.40/-, but now they are saying that they had sent the e-ticket earlier to my mail and cannot refund the money. I have never received the e-ticket from them and they are very very slow in responding the e-mails, that too with irrelevant reply. I am very disappointed with their approach and worried whether they will refund my money or not. So, I kindly request you to I request you to look into this matter and arrange to get me justice. Excuse me if I am posting it incorrectly. I am not able to fugure out where to start a new complaint
My complaint:
I ordered one oven tandoor from Starcj Alive on 12-Nov-2011 order number 2011-11-12-023345) with card payment of Rs 3400. As per their website and customer care they shipped my order on 19th Nov through courier Gati.But Gati is saying that never recieved any courier for me.I didn't get the product till 29th november and after many calls to customer care they cancelled my order.But now they are not refunding my payment.Everytime I call customer care they say that complaint has been forwarded to concerned department and I will get call back in 24 hours but no-one calls back.I am not sure if starcj is going to refundmy money. Please help me with this

for purchase of SUNFLAME burner
Neither the product had been delivered nor the refund
of the amount of Rs 5,090.00 till 4th January 2012
I had placed an on-line order for purchase of SUNFLAME gas burner on STARCJALIVE.COM under my user id purisk50
and transferred an amount of Rs 5,090.00 online with the company policy assumption that orders outside Mumbai shall
be delivered within 8-10 days.
I waited for delivery of product for 16 days wilh 3rd December 2011 but the same was not delivered.
After waiting for a period of 16 days, I cancelled the order with them on 3rd December 2011 though telephone 18605001860
as well as through email from my email id purisk50@hotmail.com.
Despite having cancelled the order on 3rd December 2011, I have NOT YET received the refund of an amount of Rs 5,090.00
even after waiting for 31 days.
I have been writing numereous mails to them at response@starcj.com but till now I have neither received any reply nor my amount.
May I request your good office to intervene and ask starcjalive.com to return my money ALONG WITH interest till the date I receive the refund in my account.

I have placed an order for the purchase of Blackberry 9630 Tour Phone ( for Rs 8999 + Rs 250 shipping charge) as on 12 January 2012 as per the Advt. Given in Navbharat times News paper as on 5th January. and paid with credit card.
It was in offer with Balckberry 9630 Tour Phone with 4 GB Memory Card
They have delivered the product as on 19th January with 2 GB Card.
I have immediate logged the complain Against - Complain no - 91365
They have send the a Faulty product with No display I have logged the complain for that also on the same day
Complain No - 94853.
Executive from the indiatimes has commited that within 15 days we will collect the faulty product and deliver the replacement.
I have send the product to the indiatime as per given address and the confirmed that the y have received the product
Since then I am waiting for the phone and calling for the status of the complain. and spend more then Rs 600
Now finally I have send the request for the cencellation of the order becouse I have my due date as on 14th March 2012

i got a call from tata indicom that you are our customer for 4 years so we provide you a new post paid connection with certain features. when i asked for two connections then they offered me an additional facility that you can make unlimited free call on one number per connection of any subscriber(std/local). after the activation my new connection when i call to customer care to confurm my free numbers on my both connections they said this type of facility is not avilable in your account. when i complaint about this to tata indicom they said that wrote a mail with scan copy of payment slip to customer.care2@tatatel.co.in. after mailing scan copy of payment slip they replied that you service was activated and wait till bill was generated. but when the bill was generated they charged for free call. when i again complained about this issue they denied for such service to me... so plz tell me what i do

Subject : Inordinate delay in execution of Palm Grove Heights and malicious intention of the Ardee infrastructure management on the above project
Dear Sir,
1. We are bona-fide purchasers of the flats in the above mentioned society and have been suffering due to un-honourable intentions of the management where in the builder had promised to deliver the above mentioned society to buyers within 30 months of the start of construction as per the buyer agreement and the construction started in August 2006 i.e. MARCH 2009 was the possession date and its delayed by over 3 years with the builder showing no interest and sharing any firm plans of the project completion.
2. This is despite the fact that the agreement to sell was entered in the beginning of year 2005 making the delay even greater to almost 4 years with no completion in sight.
3. Key highlights of the project timelines are as under:
Project Launch - 2004
Flat buyer agreement April 2005
Start of construction August 2006
Projected handover date March 2009 ( 30 months from start of construction as per agreement)
Current status UNDER CONSTRUCTION, NO HANDOVER SEEMS POSSIBLE IN NEAR FUTURE AS THE INFRASTUCTURE - ELECTRICITY, SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT, WATER CONNECTIONS, POWER GENERATOR BACK UP, FIRE SAFETY EQUIPMENT, PARKING, LIFTS INSTALLATION not done.
4. We through this letter would request your intervention and help of your good office to arrange for a personal meeting and interaction with the builder in your presence to ensure a proper hearing and commitment from the builder on the completion of the project.
5. We are suffering due to staying in rented accommodation and paying high rents and interest on the bank loan making it a great financial loss to the bona fide purchasers.

Sub :- Distributor is not booking to refill Gas Cylinder
I am consumer of Indian Gas Service and my consumer no. is 19841. My distributor is MATA SHEETLA GAS SERVICE, Gurgaon.
I am tring to book my cylinder to refill but distributor is not booking the same and saying that before 21 days of last booking, you can't book another cylinder.
I would like to inform you that my last booking was made on March 31, 2012 but cylinder was delivered on April 19, 2012 almost after 20 days. I having DBC connection and want to book my another cylinder but distributor is not booking the same now.
My concern is if I have booked on March 31 and delivery was made on April 19, 2012 then why they counting from date of delivery? If delivery is made so late then is it my fault? I have sent two mails also to distributor but no luck. I have registered a compaint also at Indian Oil Customer care and complaint number is 440022.
Also there is no such rule and regulation that you can't book another cylinder before 21 days and then there is no mean and usage of DBC.
Please have a look and help.
