    Default sale of defective nokia mobile by Croma Surat

    Sub : Defects in my nokia N 500 mobile fone purchased on 30.11.2011.

    Kindly refer to the above.

    Myself Prem Tulsi Nath, residing at Surat. I purchased a nokia N 500 model phone from Croma, Dumas Road Branch, Surat. From day one i started facing problems as it was getting hanged. Hence, i visited the croma showroom near ram chowk Surat since it is near my house. At the time of buying i had gone to this branch but since there was no stock of the said model i had to go to dumas branch. On going there they asked me to go to Nokia care. I visited nokia care centre at Anand mehel road, surat and i was told it shall be ok when the software is updated, hence i asked to do so. After getting updated, my mobile fone got hanged thrice hence i went to chroma showroom at Ram chowk surat. The lady at the customer service desk initially was not ready to accept my problem since it was working ok at that point of time and asked me to leave the phone for one day with her to check. I agreed for the same and when she was noting the contents of the my bill, i switched off the mobile and switchedit on then the mobile got hanged again. Since it happend in front of her i asked her to replace me the mobile.

    Then she started avoiding my problem and asked me to visit nokia care again or visit the Dumas Branch of Croma since i had purchased the mobile from there. I am a great lover of Nokia phones and i have never used any mobile other than Nokia. I am still a user of Nokia N900 and N73 which can be verified from your records by entering my mobile no. 9898984447. But this time I have had a very bad experience particularly due to Croma people. I was looked and treated as if the problem is due to myself. Nokia as such has beautiful models and user friendly mobile instruments which i love so much thats why i chose to buy a nokia even when many of my friends advised me to go for samsung. Still i dont blame Nokia because problems do occur in some pieces, but the way croma people are trying to run away from my problem annoys me. Nokia being the leading brand in mobile phones and having so much goodwill in the market is being put in a bad light by such irresponsible people at Croma. Its the prestige of Nokia at stake since croma people were putting the blame on Nokia in front of other customers that Nokia company wont replace the instrument. Even at the time of purchase, I had to plead with the security people to let me in since the showroom was about to close and i was too excited to buy the fone the same day. You are requested to rethink continuation of sale of nokia products in croma.

    Presently I have returned the mobile instrument to Croma, Dumas Road Branch, Surat since i was asked to keep with them for two days. They have informed me that they shall check and if there is any problem then they shall replace. After three days they called me up and told me that my mobile is repaired and i may collect it. I have refused to accept the instrument at any cost since i have not at all used the mobile and it has been repaired. I would want to either get my mobile replaced with a diferent model even of a higher range since it is learnt that NOkia N500 has problems of getting hanged. Or the money may be refunded and damaged be paid for the mental trauma and wastage of time.

    Exclamation Credit Card issue from HDFC Bank, Bangalore.

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I am Dipak Bane from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

    I was issued a credit card from HDFC Bank Bangalore, holding no. XXXX XXXX XXXX 8996 on 20-Apr-2011. As per the information given hdfc staff, I was supposed to get the Card PIN within 7 working days but I didn't get the same till last week of July 2011. I have been constantly following up with the call center team for the PIN as I was in urgent need of cash and I was ready to bear the interest on the cash amount as the requirement was immediate. Every time I was being told that your courier was sent but not received at my address. How is it possible that I was getting everything except your PIN at my address. Time and again the behaviour of your call centre executives was pathetic and not at all acceptable.

    In meantime I had incurred expense of total 8151 Rs till the month of June 2011 and was requesting the call centre executive that as soon as I will get my PIN , I will be settling the dues. I got the PIN in the last week of July 2011 and then proactively requested the call centre executive to waive off the late payment charges of Rs 537 and I was ready to pay my amount which was genuine. After a month or so my card was blocked and I was continuously requesting to waive off the late fee charges as I did not got the basic expected service from the bank. Till date the deadlock is there and the amount has crossed 14400 Rs.

    Request you to please look into the issue on the earliest. I am still ready to pay my actual dues of Rs 8151 as soon as possible if I am given the NOC of the credit card closure. In the recent conversation with one of your call centre executives, that person is asking an apology letter from me. With such a esteemed bank like HDFC with such a huge customer base, if an employee of HDFC is shouting on the customer and asking for an apology letter from the customer then seriously it is a grave issue. Am I supposed to give an apology letter that I have taken credit card from HDFC Bank Ltd? I seriously don't understand this thing. Rather than helping us, they are shouting at us. I am seriously fed up of this thing.

    I already launch a complain to grievance department of HDFC. My complain number is 12053829517. Right now this complain is under prosidure although The collection agent Mr. Ronak Rajmani and Team manager Ms. Mitu K Sharma is keep calling and threatening & harassing to me and my family.

    I myself Urvi Patel , from Ahmedabad, Gujarat .i have purchased vodafone internet stick from Navrangpura outlet ,Ahmedabad , Gujarat dated on 24th Januaray 2012 .it is not working properly after a month, its prepaid plan so when i recharged after very first month it has been disconnecting continuously (after 5 -10 minutes ), i have registered a compliant for the same then their team checked it twice and replaced my stick, this process almost took a month till then i could not use the device properly and the amount for which i recharged was also in vain . After replacing the stick problem is still there , A complaint has been registered regarding the same at the outlet from where the stick has been purchased on 20th March 2012. i have also requested the manager of the branch to give me a refund on return of the device but no action has been taken for the same. Please look into problem and help.

    Default HTC Mobile Replacement

    In January Month I have purchased HTC Wildfire S Phone from Surat Ring Road. From Last 30 Days phone was hanging hence I have submitted phone to Local Service Center (T9 Service @ Vishwakarma Arcade, Majuragate, Surat) on 14th April, 2012 & they told me that phone’s mother board has been fail. Again yesterday I have visited service & @ time of checking again phone was hanging.

    Default Ordered Tablet in Pantel Tachnology Ltd Affiliated with BSNL but yet not Received the same.

    Consumer Court,

    I have ordered a T-PAD to "Pantel Tachnologies Ltd". I have been continuously following up at their call centers & email but none of them is responding about the status of my tab.

    I have deposited the amount in PNB (Punjab National Bank) on 25-5-12 and have received the challan and rceived mail of that they have Received the Amount. I have not been receiving any further updates about my order. Moreover when I searched on the internet about the reviews of this brand, i found many posts having similar complaints of non delivery of tab since months.

    Kindly Request them to have my tab dispatched at the earliest or refund my hard earned money. I am awaiting a reply to this.

    On just wearing the suit for the first time for about four hrs the cloth is torned form multiple sites and the shop is not exchanging the suit

    Its cheating by aishwarya lifestyle pvt ltd, it is a costly suit but they are not replacing it, they are cheaters and fraud.

    I everytime intimate company (Above are the complain Reference Nos) but there is no solution regarding my problem by company. I really harassed since last 5 months but now there is a call from Airtel Bill Collection Team (Mo. No.9974052910), they talk with abuse language and told me that pay the bill otherwise his team come to my home and collect the bill. I am very simple man and feel fear by this phone of threatened me. Now company force me to go for legal action, but before that i want your support.

    Angry Wrong AMC Charges

    Dear Sir,

    I have demat account with Axis Direct DEMAT Service.
    When the Axis Bank person came for opening Demat Account, he said no AMC charges.
    But after sometime my bank account debited by AMC charges.
    So, they only tell us good at opening time but after that they apply charges and also charges for closing the account.
    So, do not deal with Axis Direct DEMAT Service.

    I am dharmendra patni , I have use ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD. Date ON 22FEB2010 icici bank give me Card protection plan with out my consent. Today this charges above 8000.00 capital + interest. Many time i have contact customer care they not give complain no. or any solutions only give commitement. till date my problem not solved.

    Default Complain against naaptol.com for their fraud

    With reference to above subject i would like to inform you that i have become a victim of fraud from Naaptol.com.

    Actually on 17th Nov 2011, I have online purchased 1 Blackberry Tour 9630 from Naaptol.com vide order no 2835252. I have received the same through amex on 22nd Nov 2011. Price of the same was Rs. 9298 with 1 year warranty. Actually since end of june month, my handset was working properly but suddenly it was switched off, I have tried a lot to switch it on with charging but I was fail. I have also visited the service center of BlackBerry (Ahmedabad) but they told me that I have purchased the same from Naaptol so they could not help me on the same, on 09th July 2012 3:50 pm, I have called to the Customer care number of Naaptol (9223516148) for complain. There I have told my problem . after getting my problem they have suggested me to send my Blackberry handset to their New Delhi address. They have sent me SMS from LM.Naaptol for their address. (I have kept the copy of the same in my mobile). So as suggested by them, on 09th July 2012 I have sent my Blackberry handset to their New Delhi address “Khasra no 386, Gail no 2, A Block, Mahipalpur Extension, New Delhi-110037 through Blue dart courier vide docket no. 13393972992. As confirmed by Blue dart, the same packet has been delivered to their place to Mr. Vishnu on 10th july 2012 10:07 am.

    Now naaptol officials are saying me that my mobile’s warranty has expired so they could not help me on the matter. Since last 2 week I am constantly following up to Naaptol for solution but no one is responding neither on mails nor on calls.

    I am requesting you that please help me on the subject matter and take strict action against all concern and also help me to get back my Blackberry handset. My contact details are as follow
