    Thumbs down LG Split AC

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Please note that today I spoke to my shop keeper and he said that rat has
    cut the internal cable of AC thats why the display is not working. When
    I asked him to get it repaired then he says to pay for the display unit.
    As it is the fault of technician that they didnt put the sealing for
    rats at the time of installation, why should I pay for the repair?

    Kindly advise urgently as I am unable to use the AC. Also advise if
    I have to go to consumer court for this.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Please note that on 14.07.2010, technician Mr Akabar had visited for rectifying
    the AC problem but he was unable to rectify same. Before leaving he told me
    that I will be contacted by LG personnel but till now nobody has contacted me.

    Dear Sir,
    I bought LG Desire AC at cost of 32500/- on 22.04.2010 from your local outlet (CMA-Arena) near Vasco railway station.
    I faced my first problem with above AC on 17.05.2010 when I observed that water had started dripping from front on the stabilizer. I complained about it, the technician came and just adjusted the AC but still dripping didn't stop.
    Now on 09.07.2010, I observed that the display on the panel is not clear. I have made complain again but so far nobody has come to attend the problem.
    I request you to kindly look into the matter.
    Suggest to get my AC replaced with the new one.

    Default Replacement of AOC monitor

    sir/madam

    I had purchased the Aoc 20" TFT monitor(s/n AOCWGMGNA1500433) for Rs.6405/- from mouze computers Alto porvorim Goa, on 10th July 2010 and after few days the screen turned fully white. I made a complaint to Mr. Kush from mouze computers, who had supplied me the monitor. The complaint no. is 3007301902.
    After 3-4 days he brought a service engineer from Aoc and he told me that I will get a replacement as it has 3 years warranty. But till today i did not get the replacement and when i tried to call him, he is not answering my phone call too.
    I tried to call AOC toll free no. 1800-425-4318 but no one is answering, it asked me to send a message to 56677. I had sent a mgs. on 56677 then they call me and said that they will call in one hour and they don't call. What should i do?
    Now it is almost 2 months that my money is blocked.
    If such a reputed company is not having one piece for replacement then my request to them was to - return back my money.
    I am looking forward for full support and help from you.
    Please do the needful and try to contact me as soon as possible.

    Post Samsung ac

    I have bought split-s-as242usbnstl on 22 may 2010 from aniket sales. Bill no. For the same is sdh/055/10-11.
    This ac did not work from day 1

    when samsung engineer came he said that ac is not installed properly therefore he can not open & check it.after that the installation has been changed.
    Even after regular reminders on complaint no 8415928117 no one from samsung has contacted me.
    Please do take a strong note of this.

    I have booked LPG Gas cylinder at Yashoda Gas, Vasco, Goa on 6th August. Till date i has not been delivered. If i call them up, they say they have come and i was not at home. They have not left any bill indicating that they had come. They tell me to collect it from their depot, not even from their shop. They should be accomodating for working people. I gave them an alternative to deliver on a Saturday which is my half day, to that they are not ready. Both my cylinders are empty and i am having a tough time.

    This is not only my complaint but all other consumers too have the same views with this gas service. This is not expected from a govt based organisation, putting the public to inconvenience. I hope to receive a favourable reply.

    Unhappy Silk Saree torn by White Cloud, Porvorim, Goa

    Had given some silk sarees for dry cleaning to White Cloud, Porvorim, Goa vide Receipt No.7195 dt 30/10/10. While taking in for dry cleaning, they throughly checked all the sarees for any damages ( which they regularly do) and since it was found OK, they accepted to dry clean them. But later on, found that one of the sarees was not processed and observed about 2 feet cut in the same. We refused to accept this, saying that it was fine when we gave in, which even their girls who check, certified that day, that they had checked thoroughly and then only accepted. Their manager Suresh, with whom we spoke about the same, said that he would get it repaired and give. He was quite rude in talking and after keeping on following up with him, we found it repaired and kept in the shop. If one looks at the way this has been damaged, it is very pathetic and any amount of repair, will not make it fit for use. On talking to him, he refused to give any compensation for the same and even refused to give the phone number of thier owner, with whom we wanted to talk to. Suresh told us that he has been instructed not to give the owner's number to anyone. Hence I have no way to talk to the owner to get due compensation for having damaged a saree worth Rs. 5000 and it was quite a new one and hardly used thrice or so and it was first time dry cleaned by them only about few months back. On telling the manager that by doing so, he would loose business in future, he said that he is not bothered about the same and that we cannot do anything. Such is the rude manner in which he spoke and such is the customer serivce.
    Thro' this forum, I request the concerned auhtorities to get me proper justice for the same.

    Sir,i m a airtel custemer.many times they dedect money from my balance.When i make a call they talk to me roughly.They blam me that i activated this pack or that pack.When i told that i didn't activate they told me no i can't do any thing. Can i do anything.I want to tel u that they are doing this thing with all customer.U can cal to any airtel no and find out fact.

    Default faber chimney not working since 3 months

    since three months our chimny is not working . we registered a complain at margao dealer talaulikar at fatima chambers,as well on the phone at panjim branch.even spoke to the incharge there.a mechanic was sent to replace the chimney bulb,but he left the wire over the bulb which caused short circuit in the chimney and untill now the problem is not yet rectified,even after giving many complains,in the panjim branch they that said they will replace everything that is gone in the chimney cause it is on life time warranty.
    please see into the matter as soon as possible.cause we have no more patience to complain again and again.

    Default Complaint against mtr foods pvt ltd

    pur from cocuilo mole panjim goa 1 pack of ready to eat shahi paneer of m/s mtr foods pvt ltd , lot no 11F16-4G, mfd july 2011 best before 12 months the food stuff was badly smelling,paneer was not chewable, pungent smell,just a chewngum like,
    greavy seems to be adultrated, we hv to throw the stuff in garbage,felt very disappointed n sad.
    i ask u to plz draw samples of above food of the said batch number from any mole n get tested,it wl be serving humanity, i dont want any other to eat such food n get hospitalized.i hv got packet cover n invoice for the proof, i shall be alwys cooperate dept in the matter if req. thnks kkjain 9923700809

    Default Complaint against Maxx Mobile service

    Sir/Madam,

    My earphone of mobile Maxx111 had mic problem which is under warranty and I took it to Maxx Unique Services(Panaji - Goa) which is an authorised Maxx centre. The earphone was submitted there on 04.11.2011 and was promised to be returned on 19.11.2011(Jobsheet no.RO/G25/1112/0004098). However on visiting on target day they told me it would require some time. This service centre has got no single contact number so that i can call and ask for the status of my job sheet. They promised me to let me know by the next week. However now almost a month passed and on calling them up every time I got the same response that it would take some more time. After a 28 days they called me for collecting the earphone but it was of some other mobile and was not working for my mobile. Till now I do not get my earphone. I contacted Maxx Service manager Head who is also niether responding to my calls nor my complain mails. After so reminders from me to the head manager there is no single response from him yet. God knows what kind of Bullshit work they are doing ? Even I do not know what is the latest status of my complaint.I think I have to go to the police and report against them. I am amazed, what kind of rubbish work they are doing without having any fixed commitment , what kind of freak they are?. But I really hope some actions could be taken against this particular centre for their lack of service, false promises and utter misbehaviour and harassment of customers.

    It is now one and a half month i am waiting for my earphone. Nobody is bother neither the service centre incharge nor the regional head of Maxx service.

    So I would like to request you please take the necessary step and help the customer from being cheated by Maxx Services , and tell me the status of my Job sheet

    Angry Cheated By Hotel Fidalgo Goa

    Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

    I was a member of Hotel Fidalgo Elite club last year. This year i was asked to renew my membership. I renewed my membership by paying 5,000/- which was collected by an employee of the hotel from my office. I was supposed to receive my membership card and vouchers in a few days time. I paid the amount in the first week of October. It is December now i yet i havent received the membership card nor the vouchers. I have spoken to the manager, the employees etc regarding my situation but was told that i will receive the card soon but yet no show. When i told them i want my money refunded they refused to do so. Ido not want to be a part of Hotel fidalgo anymore. Kindly suggest a solution.

    Default Faulty samsung 2 cell phone

    Dear Sir,

    I had purchased a new cell phone on the 23/11/2011 from India electronics shop #.200,MUNCIPAL MARKET .MAPUSA .,gOA...FOR RS 4000.From the 2nd day onwards have been facing major issues with the phone ..have aldready been to the service center in regards to the issues and wanted a replacement of the cell,because it started giving me problems right from the begning.but the only thing done was repair the cell by the service center...which resulted in the phone working ,but have been having the same issues again and have to keep leaving my cell phone at the service center ,,this has been causing me a loty of inconvienence...kindly help.

    i have complaint for vodafone companies they are deactivating any ones
    service without informing customer.
    i had activated sms pack of 66 and daily rental of Rs 2.20 ws deducted from my account and i was getting sms of 100 daily but 0n 13th of this month they suddendly stoped my sms pack without informing me and when i registerd a complaint they told me they will give me feed back within 3 days but here also they failed so i called them and asd the status they said my complaint is solved and i dont have any sms balance in my account but as per my view i have 1200 sms bal in my account on 13th of dis month but they denied to refund me back .
    m i not entiltled for my sms balance as i had enough balnce in my account to deduct daily rental still they didnt deductand stop my sms pack without informing me i want help from u and justice please take strict action

    Default Samsung service not providing proper service

    My name is Joseph. I am from Cundaim, Ponda, Goa. My email id is francisjoseph777@gmail.com

    My Samsung plasma 42" TV panel broke. I made a complaint for replacing with a new panel. The samsung team arrived with a new one. Upon installing it was found to be non operational. So the team left with the new panel keeping my TV as it is. It's been more then a month now. Every time I make a complaint, I get a reply today or tomorrow the engineer will visit your place and fix your TV. I have to wait for the engineer thinking he will land up everyday. But till now nobody has turned up and my TV is still not fixed.
