    Dear Sir / Madam,
    I have been transferred from Indore to Chandigarh and hence I had submitted an application to Airtel to disconnect the mobile phone connections 9179018666 & 9179028666. I had submitted the application for disconnection to Ms Cheenu at the Airtel Office at SCO 461-462, sector-35C, Chandigarh on 26th November 2011. However, after repeated enquiries about the update, I was told that the system is not working and hence I cannot be provided an update. Meanwhile Airtel has sent me a fresh bill of Rs 1760/- for the services which I have not used. Requesting you to look into the matter and disconnect the connections 9179018666 & 9179028666 and waive off the bill that was charged on me during the period which I have not used the services.

    Sir,
    The same situatation am also faced with the TRIPUTI BALAJI FINANCIAL AND PLACEMENT SOLUTION. They firsly charged the 1500 rs as a registration fees for posting the computer operator. after they charged the sucurity amount of 16500 rs in advance and give me the joning letter typed his own letter pad address. and give the date to joining the job. when i call on the office one day to confirm the date, they says that yours joing date is postpone and give me the new date. when that date is coming , they also postpane that date with the new problem issue. This procedure is continued postpone the joining date. and now they are not receving the call and all mob. no. are switched off. So what we have to do with this concern and to refund the scurity amount fees.

    Sir, I purchased an Acer 19" TFT Model No. Al1916WA bearing no. ETL1800C045811011984035. It stopped working and I lodged a complaint to Acer India on phone 18001032237. Your executive who came from Intarvo Ltd. SCO No. 2473-74 Sector 22-C Chandigarh attended the complaint and carried away my TFT along with him and replaced it with another old &repaired TFT bearing ETL and promised me to deliver my TFT shortly after repairing. But regretfully I want to submit that this TFT also stops working after few days. Then I again lodged complaint with ACER but no body atteneded my complaints. Now I do not know what happens with my original TFT and the TFT given to me in lieu of my original TFT is also not working. So I request you to deliver my original TFT and take back TFT given to me in replacement. Please look into the matter and oblige.

    This is Birendra Thakur resident of Chandigarh Mobile No. 9988267466.
    I am with Vodafone from last 5 Years. Actually, I have a Network and
    Signal Problem from last 6 weeks and still i am facing the problem. I
    have Called on helpline so many times but didn't get any response.
    Sometimes they disconnected my Call and sometimes they gave me
    commitment that the problem will be resolved within 6 days and blah
    blah blah!!!.....First complaint i had made on 5th March whose service
    no. is 2234844244 and they told me that we we shall respond to your
    query by Wednesday on 14th March by 6:00 PM and today is
    9th April but still i have the same problem ..... Vodafone Care
    response is 0%. Yesterday i got a call from technical department that
    is 5th time i got a call from this department and they gave me
    assuarance that is fake.........They are just giving the Lolipop to
    customers. yesterday, i got a call from technical department and he
    asked me that the problem is solved or not and i said NO the problem
    is not resolved........he said that u had got a call day before
    yesterday as well . I said " ya i got call but they told me that
    within 24 hours your problem is solved but still its not resolved". On
    this he said that " Sir are you sure that you said this to him". I
    said Yes" am i look mad". Now he said me to not use the abusing
    Language and suddenly Disconnects the Call. Now tell me that "MAD" is
    abusing language. What the poor service VODAFONE is giving . they are
    harassing the Customer. This is my last mail to you. Now, Further i
    will not call to Vodafone care or do mail to anyone. I want from you
    guys that resolve my problem or i will go to Consumer court. The Same
    Mail i will sent to the Consumer Court if i didn't get any response
    from you within 24 hours. And One more thing whenever i called up on
    customer care for the same problem they just told to me wait and i
    have to spend more than 15-25 minutes on wait and then they cut the
    Call and when i ask them to transfer my call to supervisor they said
    our supervisor is not on the seat or he is busy on another Call. On
    06-04-2012 at around 12 at noon i got a call from technical Dept. and
    he assured me that the problem would be resolved with in 24 hrs and
    on same day in evening at 6pm i got a message that "Hello! Based on
    Your Feedback your Complaint Dated 26-Mar-2012 has been resolved" and
    when i had a look over signal i was getting only 2 or 3
    bars of signal. What's this going on. Vodafone is totally lying with
    customers and its a crime that
    the customer is paying for that which he is not getting. I have missed
    so many important calls and got a tremendous loss and its all i have
    faced only cause of VODAFONE Now I am fed up with the Vodafone
    Services.I will wait only for 24 hours other wise the same copy
    forwarded to Consumer court.

    I am ARUN KUMAR. i am cheated by a job consultant " RAVITA BUISINESS SOLUTIONS " SCF 42, TOP FLOOR, PHASE- 2 MOHALI..
    i registered with them on 20/04/2012 with 800/= rs , as they assured me they will fix intwerview within few days. .
    There Ranjana Verma send me for interview one in IT park where, there is no vacancy & second give me address of sec 67 mohali on 25-04-2012, but I found there is no any company of the same address given by her, I just call to Ranjana Mam and take the contact no of concern person, I called to the concern person & he told me we will shifte on coming Monday. I told all the story to Miss Ranjana than she just show her attitude & also refused to pay 800/- rs that I had paid as registration fee.
    now neither she conduct my interview nor my Rs.800 returned back.

    So I requested to you please take the stick action against the concern person (Ranjana Verma) as well as against the placement consultancy(Ravita Business Solutions.

    Default Unfair Billing From Aircel dishnet wireless Ltd.

    I am Vishant Nagra, using ,multiple aircel postpaid numbers more than year and a half.
    I want to put some light on the issue occurred on the usage of my moblie connections.
    Earlier i was using Aircel postpaid connections with 499 monthly rental in which i was getting 2 GB-2G internet free every month and was paying the bills in the flow.
    In March end 2012 , i requested customer care to change my plan to 3G plan and was done successfully.
    But after a month when my bill generated it was so huge amount that is underwritten :

    9803031001 21636
    9803031002 8214 (5 Days usage)

    I was paying Rs. 550 on an avg. for the same numbers.
    If a customer is paying Rs. 550 on an avg. how he is able to pay Rs.21000/- for one month for one number.
    My fight with Aircel is that they have not intimated me about my usage.
    I was not aware of the 3G charges nor the have intimated me about the 3G charges.
    In my plan i was promised to get 1 GB for initial 3 months absolutely free.
    But they have cheated me,i am not able to use my number and i was so embarrassed.
    I want to use my number which was circulated so much so far.
    Kindly do the needful so that i can use my number.

    Kindly cancel the license of bagittoday it is fraud company,

    I got call from this no 0112047918700 on 29/04/2012 Miss Arti Sales executive saying that i have select for bagittoday anniversary winner Rs 500000 and for this i need bye some product like diamond value of Rs 29999 that will worth Rs 60000 i can resale these diamond with their provided two shops, and the sale executive are very smart that they said you will get 2 verification call in that you don't mention you hade win 500000 because they will Deduct 30% Tax and they will decreases my winning chance and Arti informed me it will be easy EMI option with 1 year, next day i got call from same no on 30/04/2012 saying that verification call i did not informed any cash prize information and confirmed the order

    After 5 days i called call center no 0120-4112424 i informed this sales executive (Arti) has informed me that i hade win this kind of prize, but call center informed me that there is no such kind of cash prize and first you should ask us to is there any cash prize contest for the same and there no EMI option and you should ask your bank itself. And you will not get any resale certification for the diamond

    Default Airtel's blackmailing calls

    I had requested airtel's broadband disconnection on 7th oct 2011.
    But they didn't disconnected the broadband and gave me services till mid December. Now they want me to pay the bill for these two months which i am not supposed to pay. Not they are blackmailing me to pay the bill but continually calling me.
    Please take some action against them.
    I have saved mails from airtel.in as a proof for my problem.

    Dear sir/madam hello I am kuldeep, I was working with a company , BPO company in sector -9 Chandigarh. I joined there in Jan 15, 2012 due to some problem i had to left the company in the month of march. I have given them a notice 15 days before. They told me you would get salary of feb month after 45 days. Now i am asking them for the salary of February , but they are making excuses all the time .please help me what to do now.     Default Complaint against Maruti & MRF for defective tyres

    Dear Sir,


    I bought Alto K10 from Autopace Chandigarh on 22nd March '12 and car has just completed 2300 kms. Its front tyre got busted from outer LHS and moreover spare tyre also have bubble on it. Ur service manager asked me to visit MRF office and get its checked from them.
    i would like to bring to your notice that i have already visited Autopace 3 times and visited MRF office once. It is quite harassing to revisit these people only to get a poor response. Its quite strange that i got a confirmation on mail (from Autopace Chd) that out of two defected tyres one tyre has been accepted for replacement but later your service manager (Jaspreet) told me that he has done this replacementwas done only as a goodwill and not because the tyre was defected. This kind of response is not expected from a professional, he needs to understand that he has not done any personal favour but it was his prime responsibility.

    There is another busted tyre for which he has not accepted any replacement, this is not acceptable as he is blaming me for that where as my car is just one and half month old and has completed 2300 kms.
    Request you to please treat it as customer complaint and resolve the same as Maruti Values (assuring you the best services always) not as an obligation.
    I have registred my complaint with your call centre and website as well under CRM : 0401000001342 & complaint no. 8574563115. Also got mails from Manish & Kiran your regional servoice manager in Chandigarh.
    Please let me know how to take it forward and file a case in consumer court.
