Dear Sir / Madam,
I have been transferred from Indore to Chandigarh and hence I had submitted an application to Airtel to disconnect the mobile phone connections 9179018666 & 9179028666. I had submitted the application for disconnection to Ms Cheenu at the Airtel Office at SCO 461-462, sector-35C, Chandigarh on 26th November 2011. However, after repeated enquiries about the update, I was told that the system is not working and hence I cannot be provided an update. Meanwhile Airtel has sent me a fresh bill of Rs 1760/- for the services which I have not used. Requesting you to look into the matter and disconnect the connections 9179018666 & 9179028666 and waive off the bill that was charged on me during the period which I have not used the services.
