    [Sir,
    I am a senior citizen aged 78 years and am having a little pain in my right knee. Impressed by repeated advirtisement by M/s Telemart shopping network on almost all TV Channels, I decided to purchase this oil. On calling one of the many phone numbers, I enquired about the procedure to obtain the same and also detailed procedure of refund under 15 days money back guarantee in case of such exigency. I was told that after placing the order the item will be delivered at my place against cash payment of Rs.3100/- and in case it does not give relief, I shall have to call at customer care Number desk-Telephone No. 07316457000, who will in turn arrange to collect back the item against cash payment Rs.2950/- from my place. Just to remember the procedure, I recorded this conversation on the sound recording facility of my Mobile Phone.

    I placed the order on 14-5-2011 and the pack was delivered at my place next day(15-5-2011) against cash payment of Rs.3100/-. The boys who came to deliver the packet also confirmed the "return Procedure" as detailed above. These boys carried Bill Book of the said firm and gave me the Bill-receipt after writing my name/address and amount i.e. Rs.2950, saying that Rs. 150 were charged as packing and handling charges.
    When I asked them their local address/telephone, for contacting them in case of such exigency, they told that I have to inform at Tele. Phone No. 0736457000 and after receiving the information from them, they will come to collect packet and refund the amount in cash at my place.
    Unfortunately when after use of this oil for about 9 days I did no get any relief, I decided to send back the packet and accordingly contacted customer care No. 07316457000 for the purpose on 25-5-2011. The lady on the other side/ desk asked me to send the packet through courier at my expense and to inform her the docket No. of the packet and that on receipt back of the packet, the payment will be sent to me through in 4-5 days. Despite my repeatedly telling her that as per the information given to me, the packet was to be collected by the "Telemart" against payment to me from my place, she insisted that this was the procedure if I wanted to return the packet., she did not budge and insisted that If I wanted refund, the packet will have to be sent at my cost. I therefore sent the packet on 25-5-2011 through courier by paying RS.220/- towards their charges and also informed its docket No at the consumer care telephone as desired on that day. But whne I did not hear any thing from them and contacted them, I was told that a the packet was delivered to them on 31-5-2011(a day later that 15 days) I will not get any refund. Despite my repeated telephone.calls, explaining that I had sent the packet with in
    10 days, I was given same reply. Despite my repeated request to let me know their name and the name of Superior Officer to enable me to put forth my case before him, the lady staff did not do so.

    Tired and disappointed by their dictatorial behavier, I sent them a mail on 6-6-11 detailing my case and
    and requested for any early refund of the amount , saying that I have a recorded proof of what I was told
    regarding return procedure, giving them the telephone number, time of conversation, in support of facts stated by me.. Then on 8-6-2011, Madam Juhi, their staff member, at 9-40 AM, rang me from their telephone number-667341791731, referring to my mail, asked me to make her hear the conversation, I had referred to in my mail. I, then asked her to ring me up at my land line to enable me to play the recorded conversation from my mobile for her. Accordingly I played the subsequent recorded conversation, informing also their Telephone number and time of the call. She then promised to do the needful by 5 PM on 8-6-11. But she did not do so till date. I therefore request you to help me in the matter.

    Dear Sir,

    Im Ritesh gupta from chandigarh. sir I deposit 500/- to the Indian placement sevice.(S.C.O. No. 20, 3rd floor, cabin No. 1, Opp. Big Bazar, Zirakpur (Punjab). Sir I have receipt of Rs 500. sir after registring in IPS. they r not pick my phone & not given any reply. im frustrated without job. they cheat me. i call him(Arjun Sethi & Monika)but they not received my phone. I personally go to their office but there is lock. sir i lost my precious time & money on him for the job. but they refuse to reply. please sir kindly look into matter & retun my money with compensation. & take legal action against him. i shall be very thankful to you.

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I am a Ex-serviceman.My mother in-law Nachatter Kaur has opted a AVIVA policy no LSU1941825,LSU1941825 & LSU1941779 and paid Rs 1,20,000/=.At the time it was told by the AVIVA insurance staff girl that this will be once paid policy whereas we received a latter after one year from the AVIVA and asked to pay the next premium. We found that we were cheated in following ways----

    1. Policy was for single payment whereas it was done for more premiums .
    2.Policy was done by my mother in law whereas she was made nominee and policy was made on my wife Gurcharan Kaur's name.We have the bank proof that the amount was withdrawn from the A/C of Nachatter Kaur.

    We have written many letters and E-Mails to the AVIVA but the case was not solved.Further clarify that my wife do not know the English language well and my mother in law is illiterate the agent of the AVIVA has taken the undue advantage of these fact and done the cheating with them.These type of fraud companies get sign on 20-30 papers of policy which are written in very small letters normally people unable to read these huge literature and get cheated from these firms/companies.

    I hereby request that please help to solve our problem as we are suffering from last 3 years from this cheating.

    I am anuj Dwivedi leaving in sec 21-c Chandigarh. on 23 July i applyed for new airtel brodband connection and airtel guy told me that he will intall conection within 2-3 working days.but he did not do what he say.regarding my problem i went to sec 32 airtelofice and they reffer me for it park airtel office.i went there and tell them hole story that the guy proise me some services and now not picking up my phone then they told me to wate till 1 Aug after 1 aug when i went there they told me that after 5 u will get the conection but till 11 Aug 2011 i didnt get connection i went there on 10 Aug and they told me to w8 for 10 more days when i tell them its not possible i am seo freelancer and bue to tham i get loss of around 5-6k . so they told me we cant do anyting if u dont want our services so when our guy come to install connection then tell him u dont want connection and u will get ur amount refund within 45 days. i am really to much disapointed with airtel guys and want to register case against them as i got lots of losses due to those guys help me

    My Name is Dinesh kumar. i have purchased a moblie Nokia E-71 From Aggarwal communications Sco-105 Sector 35-c Chandigarh 160022 on 04/09/10. and they have given me warranty of 1year .but from the purchasing date its doesnt work properly .and i wnet lots of time to NOKIA CARE CENTER Eiko Infosy PVT ltd scf 70 2nd floor phase-7 mohali punjab. and they repaire it but automaticaly same problem come and now they change its internal part but once again after two days same problem happened . so now i am totaly confused that what i need to do .so pls help me ....................

    Post Complaint reg non settlement of phone bill no 0172 -4613025 by m/S Bharti Air tell

    I had given a request for change of internet tariff in month of April i.e. 10 gb mega unlimited plan (Rs. 899) against a request no 45400218 and 209030769. But the company didn’t change the tariff plan and in month of May I received a bill of about Rs. 2,437. When I contacted the Bharti Airtel executive on telephone number 198 every time they gave different excuses.
    2. The airtel Executive replied as follows to my constant mails and complaint calls -
    A – Sorry in our record this number is shown in the name of Neena Aggarwal. So the tariff was changed for Neena Aggarwal. He further told that he will forward request for revision of the bill.
    B – They told that their software were being updated so they could not solve our problem due to non traceable record.
    C – They told me that my phone could not be contacted which is false as my phone was working properly 24 x 7 hrs.
    D – When they contacted me, my phone is disconnected which is also wrong statement.
    E – Further they changed their own statement and said that no Neena Aggarwal existed in their records and no such mismatch of names and record happened ever.
    F – They informed me on phone that Rs. 1000 had been waived off from the bill and told me to pay the bill.
    G – I had sent so many mails every mail only clarified that my matter will be resolved. Contact 121 for details. They did not give any proper reply by mail.
    H – Inefficiency of the company in maintaining records, clearly depicted in an SMS on my phone. It read “YOUR SERVICE REQUEST REFERENCE NUMBER FOR PHONE NUMBER 01724027732 IS 48302422. WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU BY 01 JUL-2011 : 06.40. THIS IS ANY AUTO GENERATED MESSAGE. PLEASE DON’T REPLY TO THIS”
    THIS WAS SENT BY AIRTEL-FL ON 30TH JULY.
    This message is not related to me as my phone no. is -. 01724613025.
    I - I had received the call from Phone No. +911145440000 at 5.32 P.M. dated 16.07.2011. She agreed to change the tariff @ Rs 889/- from back date and settle my account. When I requested kindly to send all the confirmation by mail then she asked me to commit to continue the connection. Till date we have not received that mail.

    3. Now I have received the 2nd bill amounting Rs. 4330.75 and I have disconnected the connection due to non satisfactory reply w.e.f april 11 to August 11
    4. LOSS OF TIME, MENTAL HARASSMENT, BUSINESS LOSS, INFORMATION LOSS. It can easily be assessed from the advancement in this modern time. Everybody know the importance of Internet
    A – Myself working as a teacher
    B – My daughter studying in non medical 10+1
    C – My husband is in advertising profession.
    D – My nephew is in engineering college
    E – My niece is getting medical coaching
    I was so much worried about using Internet because I did not know to which tariff they will raise my bill and how much amount will be involved.

    Every day I receive a call from airtel to pay the bill but they don’t listen to my problem. They are service providers but have forgotten that they need to provide services satisfactorily to the customers and solve their problems.


    PRAYER
    Considering the case on merit please settle my dispute and the harassment caused by the company .i.e airtell

    Cool reliance netconnect

    i have my residence in sec-38 & office in PGI, chandigarh at both the place i am not getting the adequate signal strength most of the time for reliance net connect.
    regarding the matter i complaint in customer care dept, they gave me reassurence that the problem will be solved by end of aug but it is persisting even today, for the same matter i contacted them again. now they say that problem will solved by end of oct, now my complaint is that if they are not able to provide me wireless network, why they temporarily provide other mode ( eg; wire modem connection) till the solution of issue or not to charge any bill till that time.

    Dear Sir,

    Last year I have purchased Internet Datacard from Vodafone's Mini store in Sec 37.
    For 6 months speed is ok.But with the time its going down and down.
    I have made so many calls to vodafone customer care but all in vain.
    Everytime i was talking with the new person of Vodafone Customer care. I was explaining the same problem again and again to different person of Customer Care.Rather than solving the problem they people give unnecessary suggestions.

    From last 2 to 3 months speed was poor.
    This time I have made a wrritten complaint to Vodafone Customer care.I have took everything in mails.
    This time they send a technical person to my place but he unable to resolve the issue.
    They people are asking for a bill . I said i am your loyal customer from last one year.
    I always pay your bill in time. But this time i am asking you to resolve the speed issue.
    I said i will pay your dues if you resolve the speed issue.But rather than resolving the issue they have disconnected my connection.
    When i was paying the bill they people are happy.When i ask for service they people disconnected the connection.
    Now they people have sent two months bill to my place(july and august Biil)
    They people have already disconnected my services in mid of august. My technical issue was pending with their technical team from mid of july. Then why should i pay the two months bill.

    I got frustrated with this behaviour of Vodafone. I have spent 2200 on datacard. I have waisted so much money on making calls to vodafone customer care. I have waisted so much energy on these people. Now they people have sent two months bill.How can they people ask for two months bill? They have already disconennected my services.

    Please let me know how can i get my money back(2200+Calls waisted+Frustration).

    I donot want to get cheated Please help me.

    Tirupati Balaji Placements provided me Job offer for Area Manager vide letter No. 245/EFPS/2011.They charged in advance Rs 18500/- as cash from me as security amount.I was asked to join on 19/09/2011.On the scheduled date they told that the Opening stands cancelled due to some dispute with M.D of the Concern.
    I requested for refund of the security amount which they told would be paid after 1 month.I fear they are running a fraudulent Jobs racket.Pls help me to get refund of security amount.
    THEY HAVE PROMISED REFUND BY 10th OCT,2011.IN CASE THEY FAIL,A CASE BE REGISTERED AGAINST THE CONCERNED

    Default Refund of university registration fees of Rs11000

    This is to inform you that I had submitted registration fees in Swami Devi dayal institute of engineering and technology,Village Golpura,Barwala, distt Panchkula in the btech Ist year . But since I got admission in Chandigarh college of engg. and technology, Sec 26, Chandigarh (in mechanical stream,enrollment no. 556768 in degree wing) I didn't join the college.I did not attend even a single class of sddiet but still they are not ready to refund the registration fees as promised by them at the time of registration.I have reminded them several times by posting letters offline as well as online.Even after that they are not willing to refund the given amount.This is a very big amount for lower middle class people like us.Hence I sincerely request you to please take a strict action against them.

    Sir can you please tell me what kind of additional information should i provide you with. I had reminded the college many a times online as well as by sending letter vide receipt no.31674 dated 25-07-2011. But still they have not replied even once.Please take suitable action against the institute.
