    Sir I am Sukhmander singh from Bathinda.
    my Complaint For Vodafone.
    Vodafone Rs.295 giving 2 months 2G Internet Pack But After Recharge I Known The Recharge Amount Change 295 to 297.
    i Recieve 2 months ISD 1 Lakh Seconds.
    I Immediately Inform Dealer Who Was Recharged My Mobile But He Says me call to Vodafone customer care.
    he asked i call the helpline attime and Vodafone Employer Says me ask your dealer call to dealer helpline for balance reverse.
    i asked to dealer and he was call to dealer helpline and known for my wrong recharge amount dealer helpline employer.
    employer talk with me and says we are back your 295 Rs. In Your Mobile in 24 hours but i am not recieve balance at 29 july 2015.
    plz help me.

    Default complaint against connect infotel Punjab

    I have been using Internet services of connect broadband for many years but it stopped working properly in March,2015(link dropping in connection due to which there was no service). After several complaints of the persisting problem could not be solved as the lineman was not able to figure out the problem due to which it was not working. It was told by him that wires will be replaced so that the problem is solved but it was never done.
    I suffered a lot because I had my exams in April and I could not search material required due to sporadic and irregular service of Internet connection which did not work most of the time.

    I visited Connect Customer Care Center in April( during my exams) to discontinue the connection but they told me that if I continue, the charges when net was not available will be waived but if I wish to disconnect the connection the charges of non-usage will not be waived and I will have to pay full payment.

    On being asked to stop the connection, they denied by saying it cannot be done without making full payment and even if I do not receive their services they won't stop billing. Somehow their executive convinced me that the connection problem will be solved and I will be able to use the connection. It was only a matter of 3-4 days that it worked and then it stopped working.
    I visited their office again to terminate the connection but they did not accept my letter and told me I have to make payment even when I did not receive the promised services. My credit limit on the service was 2500 but still they have been billing on the number for no service provided and are asking me to make payment of 3600 on no usage. Even the usage of the inconsistent service is not more than one billing cycle which is 1100 but I'm being asked to pay 3600 if I want to close the connection. They will not accept my letter otherwise( Customer Care sector 35 chandigarh)
    I have not received any services but still I am being forced and called constantly threatened that they will send a recovery agent and I will have to make payment. I cannot figure out what to do. I asked for my complaint record and per day data usage since March but they will not provide me saying that it is company policy. I offered to make payment for services used but they insist if I have to get the connection discontinue I'll have to make full payment. They will keep the bill going. How do I stop them? This is frustrating. Anyway of being saved from such harassment?

    The representative at the counter assured 15 days of repairing, as it was a minor and common fault.
    But it is regretted to point out that today after one month 15 days have lapsed.No response micromax customer care and customer center.

    Angry Complaint Against Xiaomi Inc

    I bought the Mi Band from Xiaomi's India site on the sale that was held on 9th of June alongwith an orange strap for it. Once I started using the product I encountered two major issues with the sensor core.

    1. The battery backup is at the maximum upto 3days. ( Xiaomi claims it to be 30days ) So I only go thru 10% of what the company claims .
    2. The band is unable to track my sleep and provide me with my sleep records .

    I contacted the company via emails and all they had to say for 30days was to be patient ... And now they aren't even replying to my mails only !!
    I have spent 1000Rs for the band and I am not even getting the desired working from the product .

    Hello Sir Iam Atish Sharma and Iam from Chandigarh I had ordered a bag on 24th july from the Street Style Store Company Email :helpdesk@streetstylestore.com Phone: 9811909008 Postal Address: Street Style Store, 206-Bhagwati Sadan Building, Plot No 8, BH Block Market, Near Nainital Bank, Shalimar Bagh Delhi - 110088, India. The payment was online and as i did the payment my card is debited by the Rs.1099. My acc. is in PNB bank . But the order was not placed. I have the details of Bank which states that the payment has done to Street Style Store .     Default snapdeal cheating case

    Default Overcharging of cable bill of fastway

    THIS IS TO INFORM YOU
    That i have subscribed to fastways gold pack which is of Rs 265 monthly.
    But my cable operators(INTERNATIONAL CABLE SERVICE) are charging Rs. 280 monthly rental from past two months. When i filed complaint on fastway helpline no.- 9217092170. against their overcharging, then cable operator has also disconnected my cable even when i had paid Rs 280 to them for august month.
    i had filed complaint on fastway helpline no. many times about this but still the problem is not resolved.

    Dear sir,

    I Amandeep wants to make a complaint against above mention institute, I took admission on 05th May 2015 for French language Level 1. It is a 2 and half month classes because my visa process is still pending that's why I scheduled my classes from 5th May 2015 to 20th July 2015 so that I will get enough time for my visa process. But when i started going there i came to know after a week that my teacher is having exams due to which my classes were not regular. Secondly after some time I came to know that my teacher was also not well. It disturbed most of my classes. I attended 1 and half month classes only, then the teacher took a leave for a week but she didn't came back even after two weeks during that I tried to talk to her, massaged her,but she don't replied. I even called to my institute for asking when she is coming back but they replied very rudely we don't know you ask your teacher. When she came back I was not even informed that your is back come & attend your classes. When I want there to ask my refund then they said your teacher is back you can continue with your classes. It was too late to rejoin the classes for a month because I was busy in my visa processing. Everyone knows that learning french is how much important for a person who is going to live in France. They said give us a written application by mail and then only we will able to refund your money. I send the application on 11 August 2015 and they said we will refund you money with in 2-3 days but now they started ignoring my calls also.
    I paid first 6000 R.s and 5000 R.s next month. After my second installment I attended class only for one day.
