    Dear Sir/Madam,
    With reference to above ,Myself Srinivas.T S/o Mrs. T.S.Saraswathi has a complaint against Yashoda Hospitals , Secunderabad , Hyderabad ,AP, INDIA that my mother is operated by Dr. Mallikarjuna . C ( Urology Deptt.) without any proper investigation . As the patient is repeatedly saying that she has a problem of dysuria which shows the symptoms of T3 of third grade cancer, but still without referring to any oncologist with just ultrasound scanning report they have done operation.
    After the surgical operation , my mother has not got relief , she is always saying that “ Pain is there doctor” . Doctors are saying it will go with in a week or so. She is getting the same pain as she use to get earlier , but no solution from the doctors.
    After five days when we have gone for check up , we have collected the biopsy report . As per the biopsy report the grade of cancer now is grade 3 of 3. Previously it is grade 1 of 3. Then doctor again suggested that total removal of urinary bladder is necessary. My mother is almost operated 6 times where the doctors has remove the cancerous tumour from the urinary bladder. Previously also we operated our mother at same hospital (Yashoda hospital . secunderabad , Hyderabad) approximately two years back. That time she is fine .

    My complaint is that , when we have given full case history & also doctors also know the case history & my mother is saying she is passing urine lot of times & she said the symptoms which is similar to grade 3 of 3 cancer, why the doctor is not investigated for CT scan priorly or atleast the best he can do to refer any oncologist. Doctor has referred to other specialists also before operation but not to oncologist which I feel it is necessary & important as it is purely a case of Cancer.

    My mother age is about 66 years , how the old lady again prepare herself with such major operation immediately as she has already gone through one operation just one week back. For just 3 days the hospital people has raised a bill of Rs. 55000/- , Previously the doctor has written some tests which costs us approx Rs. 9000/-. Now the doctor says removal of whole bladder is costly affair which costs you Rs. 200000/- approx .

    Sir if he had investigated properly earlier or he might had done just a good thing, that is to refer oncologist , my mother should have been escaped from the suffer of first operation pain , and also she is become very week after that operation. Now she has to go major operation which is very urgent.

    Are doctors are thinking that patients have lot of money with them or these doctors / hospitals become commercialized . I am one of the victim , how many people daily suffer may be in “n” numbers.

    When my mother is operated I am waiting at the door ,one of the sufferer is saying his story that for his son operation he has sold his grand old house & now he want to sell his agriculture land also.This type of happenings daily occurs in corporate hospitals.

    Kindly look the matter very seriously because life giver is become commercial then there is no human values remain in the earth .

    Please take an action for that hospital & that doctor .

    Exclamation Airtel PostPaid Bill Issue

    Hi,

    I am using Airtel postpaid datacard for the past 4 Months.My Credit limit was set by Airtel at Rs.2100. So i was expecting a Maxmimum Bill of 2100. But they had send me a Bill for 5600 for the month of May. and I had to pay.Since they even didn't gave any intimation or Message saying that i had used my maxmimum or they didn't even disconnected my connection at Rs.2100 I want to Register a case against them and make sure that this doesn't happens with any one else.My data card number is 7702401110.Pl. do the needfull help

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    LG washing machine complaint no : RNA 120622077713. I bought an LG washing machine front load two months back and it started giving problems right from the first use. I made almost 50 calls to LG customer care after that the service guy came and said everything is ok, now my washing machine’s DRUM makes noise even when it is empty, but LG Cus Care manager doesnot even bother to pick up customer calls. His name is P.Krishna/Venkat ph no: 9985487556. I don’t understand y LG is paying him if he doesn’t attends to customer problems. He is wasting LG’s name. LG cus care is the horrible no one should buy lg washing machineor any other products. Worst experience with LG guys. I made a mistake buying LG product at Hyderabad Serilingampally.
    Please help.

    Default Reliance Broadband wrong billing

    Hello sir,

    I have taken Reliance Broad band connection in 2007 didn't remember the date(i called Customer care even they dont have the detials), but suddenly today(14.07.2012) after 5 years i got a call from Delhi 8447172987(Police Inspector Rana) saying that there is a Legal notice , talk to the advocate(R.K.Malhotra) 9582385792, he told there is due of aproximately 3750/-(Note: i didnt receive and bills till date) which you have to pay to Reliance, i was surprised after hearing this, he told with in 30 minutes, if you dont pay you have to come to court tomorrow to Delhi, he didnt give me a chance to speak immediately he dropped the phone, when i called back phone was switched off.

    complaint against royal enfield ...cheated me with faulty product

    iam shyam prasad reddy from hyderabad
    i booked royal enfiels classic 350 black on 21/6/11 and they gave me a 9 months waiting period...finally after 12 months (21/6/12) they delivered me the byk with engine no:U3S5C0CF153797 and chassis no: ME3U3S5C0CF153797..... now started the problems...next i noticed the noise coming from engine side and i complained at the showroom with manager Mr.murali krishna and exicutives Mr.kiran and Mr.prashanth ...they said that that is common for every new RE byks......but that is not common for all RE byks....i showed many examples of byks without noise in engine even in display byks...at that tym they said ur problem solve in 1st service and covered the problem ....on 1st servicing i mentioned byks noise problem......after 1 servicing noise is increased ...again i went to showroom and complained about that at that tym they replayed that NOW BYKS FIRST SERVICING IS OVER NO NOTHING IS IN OUR HAND..SERVICE STATION WILL TAKE CARE OF UR BYK....IF U CAME BEFORE 1 ST SERVICING WE WOULD HAVEN'T HELP U....HEAR MY QUESTION IS WHEN I COMPLAINED NEXT DAY OF DELIVERY WHAT THEY DID...?.....2days after first servicing iam on my way to office at khairathabad junction(hyderabad) in middle of road front disk break is jammed and i felt down on the road at that tym if bus driver is not alert BUS KE NECHE JAAKE MARJAATHATHAA.... next day i complained at service station about front break...they said that come after 2 days we are busy these days...i went after 2 days on 11/7/12 and gave to the service station and noticed about front break and engine noise....at that tym they replaced front dis break cylinder ....and given me the byk without rectifying the noise problem...i did not took the byk ....at that tym they said that we will rectify and giv u on 2 days...today (18/7/12) they gave the byk in presence of hyd brand store manager Mr.ramesh babu and Regional salse manager Mr.narasimha rao....without rectifying the problem....they forced me to take the byk...they don't even identified the problem of the byk....when i asked about what u people repaired to my byk..they said that CAM WHEEL CHANGED AND TABBIT ADJUSTED.....WHEN I SAW THE JOB CARD (WHICH THEY NOT COSTUMERS PROBLEMS AND WRIGHT WHAT THEY REPAIRED AND REPLACED THE PARTS TO THE BYK)...ON THAT THEIR IS NO REPLACEMENT NOTED IN THAT ONLY FRONT DISK CYLINDER CHANGED......WHEN I ASKED THEM TO GIVE IN YOUR LETTERHEAD WHAT YOU PEOPLE REPAIRD AND REPLACED TO BY BYK...THEY GAVE ME THE COSTUMER SATISFACTION FORM ON THAT THEY WROUGHT THAT ON JOB COLUMN CAM WHEEL REPAIRED ..*NOT REPLACED*...I LOST MY PATIENCE AND TOOK BYK N CAME WITHOUT SIGNING THE COSTUMER SATISFACTION FORM..THIS WAY ROYAL ENFIELD CHEATED ME WHEN THE TIME OF DELIVERY....AFTER DELIVERY.....AFTER SERVICING...NOW IAM USING MY BYK WITHOUT SATISFACTION AND WITH NOISE COMING FROM ENGINE (TABBIT OR CAM WHEEL)......

    IAM REALLY CRYING WHEN THINKING ABOUT BYK...
    AFTER WAITING 12 MONTHS AND SPENDING 1,30,000/- THIS WAY THEY ARE TREATING ME AND CHEATED WITH FAULTY PRODUCT...
    THEY ARE COVERING PROBLEM BUT NOT SOLVING MY PROBLEM....
    IAM ALREADY I MAILD MY BYKS PROBLEM TO THE ROYAL ENFILD COSTUMER CARE....AND THEY GAVE THE NO OF REGIONAL MANAGER....AND NOT REPLAYING ME AGAIN FOR MY MAILS....

    PLEASE DO ME FAVOR AND SUGGEST ME SOME SOLUTION FOR MY PROBLEM....IAM REALLY DEPRESSED......or let them change/replace my bike on warenty...

    Default no regularisation of service inspite of workinng for 20 years as unaided teacher in aided school

    I am Gayathri Shankar a rank holder in B.Ed from Bangalore University. I have received cash award and medal from Sri Satya Sai Baba for all round excellence in the filed of education. I have put in sincere efforts in an aided school in Secunderabad since 1990. At the time of joining all aided posts were filled in that school. I was assured that once the same falls vacant I would be absorbed in the same. In good faith I continued working there. But due to ban on teacher appointments in aided schools all posts in our 50 year old institution are vacant. Now only one attender post is aided. Now I am the Principal of the same school. I have received Lions best teacher award. Honoured at Mababub College and Paropakarini Balika school for meritorious service in the field of education. My salary is not even taxable. I have become a victim of strange Government Policy. My entire career stands ruined. All other States in India filled vacant aided posts this year except Andhra Pradesh. Please HELP.

    Default Aircel wrong charge deduction

    Dear sir/madam,

    I am Anil K.S Kurup, presently staying in Secunderabad. Last month, i have purchased Aircel 3G Data-card from Aircel service center Paradise. From August first week onward their is wrong charges deduction from my Aircel account. I do register my complain on 8th August in service center, and also send a message to stop the faulty deduction from my account. The date provider from the customer care to sort my problem is 10-08-2012.
    But after registering the complain their is further deduction of amount Rs. 34 before 10-8-2012. I do inform to the customer care about the deduction, He raise my complain and ensure me that my deducted amount will be return back after solving my problem. There is no further call nor even a message after 10-8-2012 about my complain from the customer care.
    on 12-08-2012, i do recharge my Aircel account with Rs 50 topup but this time also entire Rs 50 have been deducted on 14-08-2012. On 15-08-2012 Mr. Mehesh sir took my complain regarding faulty deduction of amount, he provided me complain number and ensure me that Aircel will revert back the deducted amount to my Aircel account (till this time, total Rs. 84 have been deducted).
    On 17-08-2012, i received a message from Aircel customer care that my problem is resolved and my amount will be credited to my account at 12:34am on 18-04-2012. But this was not happen, on 18-04-2012 again i do register my complain to Aircel. Again the customer care executive asked time of 24hrs to revert back the deducted amount to my account.

    But sir, after providing this much long time today (19-08-2012), still i face the same problem. Today when i asked them about my complain, this time again the care center executive asking 3 more days to wait and given me the date of 21-08-2012. I feel very bad for such type of service which have been provided to me by the Aircel Customer care.

    Default At computer servicing center printers parts are changed and used to repair another person printer

    I have submitted my printer 2050 j470 regarding only with paper feeding problem (printer was in full working condition) at universel technologies, ameerpet, hyderabad, ap. Branch (ph: 040-23745125, 23745126). But they have changed my printers parts and used them to repair other persons printer. After they returned it to me i took my printer to home and when i connected it to my computer it is showing another printer number i.e. 1050 j770. It is clear that they have changed my printer parts and told that my printer is unuseful and it will not be repaired)

    Default Fraud by luring customers by wrong advertisement - Heath and Glow, ABIDS Hyderabad

    The shop of Heath and Glow at ABIDS (Next to Big Bazaar), is luring customers by giving wrong advertisemtns on brochures.
    The shop claims to give good discounts till 30th August'12 on wide range of products as per their brochure. But at the time of billing, they say sorry we have waived of the discount on this products inspite of having the posters on inside the shop for the same product. Its a clear case of fraud as they promise but dont provide discounts.

    Thumbs up Complaint against Skywaypackers and movers

    I made a call to skyway packers and movers, hyderabad regarding house shifting from Hyderabad to Kolkata. They came to my home for checking volume of luggage and discussed about the price. On this discussion, we have finalized 6000Rs expect service(12.36%) charges and 3% insurance for packing, unpacking, loading, unloading besides transportation.We have also given 500Rs advance. He came next day, and packed everything and loaded then he has written a bill then it was around 8706Rs. According to previous calculations 7501Rs.All this about money deals. Where as actually when it comes to delivery about goods, he has unloaded in-front of my rented house (Kolkata) where as we are staying at 4th floor. we are asking about unloading at 4th floor and unpacking the goods. Its really a hectic job for us. They are only nice for on time packing, loading then they will deal with bill.

    Default Mishandling and late delivery of the Consignment

    Dear Sir/Mam

    I had booked a consignment in the professional courier on 21 of august from kagaznagar to kolkatta in the name of lahoti jaan kalayan Trust requesting them to pay the admission of my both the daughters Ankita Baldewa and Priyanka Baldewa for Ipcc and C.S respectively.

    But the Consignment did not reached till there 27 of august and when it reached over there all the letters and the documents were torn and in the unreadable manner.

    Now the last date of admission was about to elapsed so in order to save my daughter career and i have to take the loan to pay the fee for their admission which is now a mental harassment for me as my financial position is not so strong and the trust was giving me the fund on non-returnable basis which they later refused stating that the documents did not reached in time.

    I have contacted the head office of the professional courier regarding my complain through complain letter. In reply they replied only once and than did nothing.

    I have all the evidence to support my complain.

    Now I request you to do the needful and help to get justice.

    Default Complaint on Koncept Ambience for NEIBOURHOOD Villa project at Kompally

    Respected Receipent of the complaint,

    I have purchased the Villa at Neibourhood gated community developed by Omega shelters under the brand mane of Koncept Ambience.

    I had two agrements from them 1. Agrrement of sale . 2. Construction agrement

    Subseqently i received drawing of my villa .

    Non of the agrements, builder shown the qtys for the villa considered against the sale prise.

    Where as drawing shared by them can be visualized with structures & fixtures shown.

    By the time i have concluded the purchase, few rooms were not constructed as per the drawing.

    I have given 1 small room consruction requirement & compound wall at another side.

    Now they have given me bill with additional cost for those two constructions. And not given me any deductions , for what they have not consructed as per drawing.

    Kindly do the justice for me .

    I got a message from Golconda Hotels and Resorts.
    The message stated "Gretings from golconda hotels and resorts , Avail 50% discount on ur food bill and complimentary accomadation,discount on beverages, alcohol,pool spa and many more, for assitance call on the same nos or call on 040-66361212/13/14 regards malik" from +918801360078.
    I made sure DND was activate to avoid these messages and calls and this is un acceptable.
    I do not need any compensation but I need to get these messages to be stopped.
