I am Md.Iqbal Pasha Account holder of state bank of Hyderabad I have purchased the mobile phone from univercell mobile store Jagadeesh market Hyderabad worth 13750/- he swiped my debit card in front of for two time and he said first time i got error on my machine because i swipe your card for two times
but i will wait for half an hour on his shop i got my transaction message on my mobile phone and i sea he deduct 13750/- for two times then i call state bank of Hyderabad help line number on my ATM slip he said me sir we could not raise your complaint for the movement because we don't have report of today's & said wait for 24 HRS i will sea then I take your complaint then I will wait for 24 hrs then I Call to same help line number he said sir this is not a state bank of India account this is state bank of Hyderabad account we could not help u then i will search on web then i got another number and i call to another help line number he said u have deduct the for two times for same mobile shop but i dont understood what can i do please raise my complaint who cheated me

I Zaheer Khan working with Lenovo India as a Regional Manager at Hyderabad unfortunately using Reliance CDMA postpaid connection, requesting customer care for call conference
activation for my mobile no-9390255244 since last 20 days.And on 25/10/11 at last i received request confirmation & SRno-164500821 on which they have commited 24hrs time.But till date no response after lot of followup.And my payment fell due in between for which I told them i will pay the bill if my call conference is activated which is really impacting my lenovo business.But my outgoing & Incoming calls are disconnected.These people can't even solve a simple problem of customer and trouble for payment.
Pls help me out in this to take action against these inefficient people who are fit for nothing.

I am Gumma V L Prasad , Hyderabad using reliance communications bearing mobile number 9391362304 , I subscribed to SMS pack services usually the sms pack is due renewal on 19th of every month therfore last month(october) also they renewed and subcequently deducted the amount suddenly from 24th onwards they start for charging the sms services i.e after four days from the activation of sms pack and i called up customer care and enquired they said no sms pack is in activation , i said that pack was renewd on 19th , they gave replied that sms pack is deactivated , but i did sent any request for deactivation and they did not refund anything they took a complaint and did not solve that , so i again recharged the sms pack at outlet on 16th of november they sent a message that my sms pack is due for renewal on 16th november , i again called up customer care they said two sms packs are paralally in activation and we will deactivate one sms pack so that your problem will be solved like that they said , but after sometime they start charging for my sms , i gain i called up customer care they said no sms pack is in activation , like that they are wasting my time and not providing smooth service please take proper action against them and solve my issue

The Builder is neither doing any work in the flats nor responding to any of our phone calls. Is it possible to lodge a complaint against him consumer forum. though i disconnected Air tel broad band on 13th Sept.2011. after returning the router and the fixed phone to the Air tel outlet and paying the remaining amount of Rs.4.14.00
i received a courier from Airtel threatening me with Indian Penal Code 405/406/ and demanding 9.92.00 as bill payment.
is it possible to use Airt tel broadband without the router and that was returned on Oct 4eh 2011?
its inconceivable how this logic works

i paid the Airtel bharati to avoid stress
the police did not come to my aid
i am senior citizen born and brought up in India, of Indian race.

this is exhort ion and i want to bring this case to the consumer court

On 30-11.11 I have recharge Rs.100/-

on recharging amount, reliance has been

deducted some amount from my balance

and activated some services himself.

I have already made request for DND services

which should be activated by reliance itself, but not so far.



On contated custemer care from my another CG state number

by me on 03-12-11, Mr.Amol a customer executive not responded

properly and after holding my call at about 11 minutes, cut itself by him



Again I contacted on 04-12-11, Mr Trivedi, a customer exe gets my

details and after that I said me my balance refunded to my no ie.9014048984

but no balance refunded on my number.



Again I contacted to Customer exe Mr. Amol on 04-12-11, but he also

not satisfied my request/problem properly and says that your amount

has been recunded to you and your balance was Rs.21/- at that time

and after refund amount now your balance is Rs.51/-



It is humble requested to you that after activation of DND services, how can

this type of disturbance has been made itself by Reliance company.

Sir, This is satish kumar dhulipudi, I constructed a new house at jaganayak pur, esuvari street, kakinada,E.G district. I applied two number of power services on 26/08/2011 and they sent a representative to my house and inspetcted my house and he ordered us to pay 6689/-(Rupees six thousand and six hundred eighty nine only) for erection of new pole. we paid the amount on 08/10/2011. after receiving the amount department people erected a pole on 04/11/2011. the erected the pole was in government land and a corner of the my neighbor's house. Departmnet people erected the pole and L.T wires also connected to the pole. but, my services not released. I have given a complaint to
the Divisional engineer to release the services. But, No response. I also approach to High Court to Release the services. The D.E told me My neighbor is objecting to remove the erected pole. if the dispute was erected pole then why don't release the services. the erected pole was not concerned to me. The pole belong to eastern power distribution. the erected land was governmnet land. i can't understand why they stopped my power services. Meters also released. Hence, please order the department to release the services.

i am holding a gas connection no. 17178, since two years the someswara gas agency is harrassing me without supplying the gas connection eventhough my turn has come. the staff of the agency are issuing the bills on the time mentioned to me but they are not delivering the gas cylinder eventhough after repeated calls. They are alloting my cylinder to someother person and after repeated calls they are issuing the cylinder without the bill.The original bill is not given to me and simply taking my sing on the small piece of paper.This month also the bill was raised but without reaching my house the boy mentioned his own reasons like no empty cylinder and my turn was cancelled. i don't know where to complain. i kindly request you to guide me what to do and take severe action on the someswara gas agency.

I have booked two tickets with ticket numbers 4590538 and 4590539(Round Trip Chennai to Hyderabad ) worth 1925/- in the month of September, 2011. I canceled both tickets later.
They returned only one ticket money and I called and mailed them many times for second tickets money, they did not responded till now.
So, APSRTC is a big cheater. they take money from customers but they will never show interest to return money.

But presently i am not able to pay the amount what we actually agreed (27Lakhs). Now builder is not ready to give back my money. Please suggest me how to get the money from him. as i am very much need of money now... Plz

Complaint against RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS FOR NOT CREDITING TOPUP AMOUNT TO MY MOBILE 9347163539

Though i have made payment for Reliance communications for topup of Rs.100 for my reliance mobile 9347163539 through STATE BANK OF INDIA INTERNET BANKING bearing A/c no: 30374487528 with transaction reference no: IB07214203 on 16/12/2011, but the topup amount was not credited/reached to my mobile. Even after calling upto reliance customer care and sending mailer to customersupport@relianceada.com , but of no use. An email bearing Service Request no: 168728693 received on 26/12/2011. Please take up necessary immediate action against reliance communications by making them to provide topup service to my mobile with above said amount.

Fact : Tata Photon Cheats people by promising High Speed.I am subscribed to 5GB Unlimited plan in which i will receive HIgh Speed Internet till upload and download data reaches 5GB.My Billing cycle is from 9th-8th on monthly basis.Buy hardly i got the High Speed promised for 5-6days that is also upto 220kbps against promised 256kbps.But if the cheating stops there then it can be probably tolerated but once Tata Photon sends email intimating that i have crossed 5gb data in 5-6 days in new billing cycle they are downgrading the speed to 155kbps. But unfortunately i can only see a data speed of 21kbps as Normal speed whenever we use internet, let it be anytime of the day.My Complaints are : 1.I have strong doubt on Tata Photon how they calculate upload and download data.Without downloading any movie or any huge file from internet how can the data can exceed 5GB mark within 5-6days from new billing period Start date.And, Tata photon people are not trasnparant in sharing data, they dont show the day to day usage data in their intimation email whichproves that they dont want Customers to know what they are paying for.2.Although i was promised as per 5GB Unlimited plan that i will be receiving 256kbps speed i never got that Speed in Tata Photon Plus dongle.After 5GB mark speed is down to 21kbps instead of promised 155kbps. And i pay Rs.1048 for this Cheat Company.I request you to help us fighting against these companies.NB : I tried to open a speed testing website to check the speed of Internet Connection.But you will not believe the website could not be opened even after waiting for 35mins, the Internet was so slow.And just to add i have 3 different browser to work on and am a IT Professional so bi know computers.
