Bihar state goverment is poor regarding the matter of consumer right because there is no site for this.by -jitendra nath sharma,advocate

i have made a call to 12131 to contact to the customer care which informed me that to recharge with the amount of RS 103 and you will get the talktime of 302 airtel to airtel minutes and validity of one month, on recharging the same neither validity has reached nor amount has been credited to my account, now i request that some kind of action must be initiated agaist the deceiving airtel company.
