    Default Via.com not refunding money for cancelled flight

    my kingfisher flight from pune to delhi got cancelled on 5th november 2012 and i am still awaiting refund from VIA.com's side. The Via reference no for the flight is FMN0O1Q0AHC.

    Default frod from godrej company

    i have exchanged my refrigerator with godrej company and salesman told me that the refrigerator i have chosen in exchanging scheme costs 15700 rupees than i have asked him that whether this is mrp or market price , than he replied that this is the best market price so i got agree . At the time of delivery i came to know that the mrp of the product is 14300 only and the salesman has cost me 15700 for that product. the 14300 is not the best price this is the mrp of the product. and the most important thing is that the mrp was cut by the salesman and i came to know about the mrp from another product cover. i don't know what that salesman is trying to do this is what godrej teaches to their salesman. so i want a compensation from the company.

    Question Mental Harassment to wrong person for credit card dues

    One of the Bank has send me legal notice and also mentally harassing me for credit card dues for the credit card which does not belongs to me in any way.

    Can I claim compensation for harassment from the bank and how ?

    I have recharged rupees 179/- for roaming facilities on 4 june 2013 time approximate 8.20 p.m. but I have not use this facilities. Regarding for this I call reliance customer care on 4 june-2013 and your executive tell soon we solved out this problem. But result
    On 5 june 2013 I have again called customer care and they said we send request regarding this. You problem will resolved under 48 hours .but the result is ZERO
    Today I have again called and the result is same. your customer said problem is resolved under 48 hours.
    Tell me sir why are I am bear roaming charges even I take Rs. 179 roaming pack. Who bear these charges?
    You are requested please solved above said problem as soon as possible. Even this is my right you refund also my deducted amount because I already paid no 179/- for no any deduction in roaming.

    Post Reg. Atm withdrawal but not recieving the cash

    Sir,

    My name is Ashok K Gowda and i am having account in SBI Bank and On 12.05.2013 i have used my ATM to withdraw money and i have received the cash 2 times and when i tried 3rd time to withdraw cash amount of Rs. 10000/- ATM Macine shown that TRANSACTION REJECTED AND RESPONSE CODE 0099 and also amount debited from the account & after that i have called call centre and complained about this and also i have complained 4 times in the SBI Bank where i am having a/c. in that Branch itself i have complainted but no use, they are taking the complaints but no solution came from the Bank. please kindly help me.

    good afternoon sir/mam humara case consumer court me chal rha hai jo ki ek electric meter ko lekar hai jispe bijli vibhag ne 275000 ka assesment bheja hai ,
    hume uspe consumer court se stay mil chuka tha uske bawjood humara connection kat diya gya .mai apse nivdan karta hu ki ab hume kya karna chahiye.

    I have ordered an IMPACT mixer grinder from yebhi.com worth Rs. 2249

    They have delivered a defective product , for which I placed a return order, and they assured to return money not to bank account but to yebhi wallet.

    Dispatch Date:5/15/2013 12:00:00 AM


    But I have not recieved money in my Wallet yet, even after a month, and after logging so many complaints.
    On every call/complaint they assure that money would be delivered in the wallet with in two or three days.


    Ideally they shuld have pay it back to my bank account as I am no more interested in bying anything from that site.


    Please take suitable action against them , and get my money refunded to my account or wallet.

    Angry Housefull Furniture's Pathetic Service

    Respected Sir

    I bought a Dining Table from Housefull (Bangalore) on April 13th 2013. The Payment via my CC was deducted immediately. i was told that the Delivery would happen on 2nd May 2013 which was also printed in their Invoice. 2nd May came and went but their was no signs of Delivery. On 3rd May i called up Housefull, The Bangalore Store number which they gave was not answered (nobody picked even after several attempts), i called up their Customer Care and inquired, for which they replied that it would be delivered on 4th due to some logistical issue..4th May too nobody turned up. i called Cust care again and they gave me 2-3 numbers of Bangalore warehouse and all but as usual nobody picked. Finally in the fag end of the evening i tried one more time and the guy who picked the phone said it would be delivered on 5th May before 11 a.m and was told that the delivery guy would call me an hour before delivery. There was no signs of the Housefull delivery people till 2:00 p.m, Finally at 3.30 p.m i received a call from an unknown number asking me the landmark for delivery (after numerous call to Cust Care) and finally the product was delivered at 4.30 p.m. my woes did not end there. As per the invoice the installation was supposed to be done a day after delivery, again the same saga continued of me calling Cust Care 'n' number of times and asking them to install the table. my call to Cust care always ended with a false promise of "tommorrow it will be fixed". Finally on 9th May @ around 6.30-7 P.m the carpenter arrived and started fixing the table. when it was turn for the chairs the carpenter said it cannot be done as the screws were shorter than the required length, and he said can be fixed only once the store sends in new screws, that day was 9th May and today i am writing this on 13th June 2013, more than a month after. i am so tired and pissed of with Housefull service that i have stopped calling and complaining after 9th May. i received two calls from housefull later asking if my pdt was delivered and installed for which i said it was partially installed, for which Housefull promised it would be done soon. Just to reiterate, i have not heard from housefull since then. my box of chairs still lay uninstalled. need your suggestion as to how do i tackle this. Do i call housefull and tell them to take back their product and refund my money or should i drag them to the consumer court and ask them to pay for everything including charges for the trouble i went and still going through. Kindly suggest.

    Default DTDC service is pathetic

    DTDC in bangalore is pathetic in their service, their licenses shall be revoked.

    My father booked the courier with the tracking no: H18576573 on May 28th or so and it came to Bangalore and these people did not even bother to call me and simply returned the parcel abck saying that customer shifted from this premises. After paying Rs 75, why are they not making one phone call to find out from the customer, they should be punished for misusing customers money and making false promises.

    The parcel is now known till now as where it is present, quite unfortunate ...

    Post Titanium S5 Hanging & other problems in 5 days after purchase

    I m satying at Thane & i have brought new cell from mumbai shop in last sunday (9.06.2013),at the time of purchasing the cell dealer promised us if any issue in cell u have 7 day for replacement.Right now the cell is abnormal like Hanging while using net,Heating at time of charging,low volume of sound in hand's free, some time inproper responce in touch.As per guidline book i have trayed to connect to authoried service (Mobile point & Mobile Care at thane) one is deanied for karbonne (MP) & land line is not working(MC).
    Please help us for replacing the my cell phone with new one.
