    Thumbs down Brilliant Tutorials Kalu Sarai-Conduct of Classes

    Dear Sir,
    My daughter enrolled with Brilliant Tutorials (Kalu Sarai, New Delhi) for weekend classes for IIT 2013. For last four weekends there are no classes being conducted citing management problems relating to payment to teachers.
    We have been told to now contact on Monday - 07 Nov 2011. The students are losing precious time and Brilliant management are playing with the future of our children.
    Request Brilliant Management is issued notice to either conduct classes in smooth manner or return fees paid to them by us.

    Post Fraud in BlazeFlash Couriers limited

    Corporate Office,

    I am Sakul Kundra, who is a very old customer of Blazeflash Courier Limited. By profession I am a Journalist and Assistant Professor. On 22-10-2011, I send 2 courier which are not delivered. Please let me know the status of the courier. They are not delivered till now inspite of 10 days passed by.
    The Courier Numbers are:
    1. 215396000 to Mr Manas Ranjan Mahapatra, address D-52, Second Floor, Sector-10, Vasundra, Ghazaibad, Uttar Pradesh-201012

    The Courier was worth Rs. 1000, . If the couriers are not delievered then pay the compensation for delay and return the courier. I hope you understand the gravity of the issue of embarrassment. Please reply immediately specifically based on each courier query.

    I want to complaint against this courier limited whose helpline numbers are 011-23593301, 302, 303, 304. No one pick up these phone they are bokus numbers and no one is there to help the customer. The customer feel harassed and humiliated when they dont know where is their courier and are not able to track the courier. A strict action should be taken against this organisation and help me to get back my courier.

    Default Goods Missing and got harrasment from packers and movers

    Hello Sir,

    I hired "Best Home Packer and Movers" to move my house hold items from Chandigarh to Delhi on 29th Oct 2011. I asked them for a exclusive vehicle to transport so that it reaches detination in Delhi by Sunday during day time for downloading them at my place. I agreed to pay more for exclusive vehicle for this sole purpose (downloading goods on Sunday during daylight). They also promised me that it would be delivered next day before noon.

    Items were loaded on 29th Oct 11PM. I have paid the full sevice amount Rs 6900.00 when items got loaded. The complete items are not yet delivered.

    when I asked about it, till 4th Nov, Friday, they replied saying vehicle not yet reached Delhi Office. After calling them again and again they deliver goods and I found there are some missing item in it and i call them back and told them that some goods are missing, ist they deny, after calling them again and again then they agree that some are lying in our chandigarh office and they are not ready to deliver those beacuse there are more goods which are still missing.

    1. Whenever I call them there is no proper answer about delivering items.
    2. They are saying no time or no labour
    3. Can not tell the exact time for delivery
    4. They are also making harrasments if i can call them for delivery of missing goods.

    Default Harassment in xerox shop

    I had been to a xerox shop in New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi. He charged me 2Rs per page (2 sides). In most of the xerox centers they take 1Re per page(both sides). When I asked him about this fact, he used abusive words on me and when I said, then I don't want the xeroxed copies, he grabbed my original copy and assaulted me. I have paid 76 Rs where otherwise I was supposed to pay 38Rs. How can I get justice?

    Default Lack of After sales support within Warranty period

    Dear Sir,
    We purchased 4 No. of Freezers of Desmon Continental Frigo Pvt. Ltd. as on 16/4/2010 & 13.5.2010
    These were installed at one of our customers place on Specific demand. The delivery of the freezers was aslo delayed. From the date of purchase the freezers were showing one or the other problem. We reported the matter to Desmon people. Despite complaining many times none of their representative visited the site of installation of freezers. We have given so many reminders. Now the party is dening for serving free of cost.
    since our customer is suffering a lot, they are charging the cost of repair amounting to Rs. 46,710/- from us. We are now in bad condition as customer is asking for the money and Desmon is not providing the service properly. Because of delayed delivery the customer has penalized us for Rs 50,000/-
    Desmon Continental freezers are of international Standard and charging for the products accordingly, but they are selling sub standard products in INDIA and at the same time not providing proper service.

    Please help.

    Dear sir/madam,

    consignement no. Kur 209313595 dated 30-06-2011 was send by our principals m/s.fairfield mfg. Co., 244, masrani estate, halav bridge, kurla west, mumbai - 400 070 for marathon electric, secotr - 11, model town, faridabad.
    We want to have delivery proof of the consignement to our customer at faridabad.

    Our customer says that they never received this consignement.

    Default Non replacement of data card

    I purchased Micromax Datacard in Oct 11 having One year warranty. Just after 20 days it stopped working. I gave it to Micromax Service Center for repair on 07 Nov 11. They told me that it is not repaired, it is replaced only and it will take 7 to 10 days. But even after more than one month i have not received Data Card back. In this regard, I lodged a complaint at Micromax call center vide Complaint No. MMX1711111482 Dated 17 Nov 11. There they told me to check the status after seven days. After that they told it will take 15 days. After two days when I contacted them, they told it will take 17 days. Again after 4 days I contacted that time they told, it will take 20 days.

    Default complain related to airtel broadband connection

    I am new customer using airtel broadband services subscribed for @1099 turbo plan,4mbps..Today the engineer who installed connection named as rohit(9650166062) told me after installation within a period of an hour u will get speed upto 4mbps,but yet i am receiving the speed below 2mbps..and when i tried to contact him he is talking in a very rude way and telling to complain..kindly take strict action against them,i will be very grateful to you..

    Default Complaint Against Spice Service Centre

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I have purchased spice model M-5700 on 02.08.2011.Before some time i have faced a problem regarding the phone.When i went to service centre located at laxmi nagar ,delhi-110092 they told me that the charging jack has been broken,it is not under warranty scheme.They charge Rs. 450 From me for the jack.they return me the phone after 10-15 days. but when i came to home i found that the problem has not been solved,than i went to service centre again.

    At that time they told me that there is a battery problem. I i submit the battery at service centre and receive after some time.but the problem occurs continuously.Than they said that charger is not working properly. when i asked them to change the charger they deny by saying that the charger is not in stock and will not be able to deliver before one month.

    They suggests me to go to Daryagaanj centre. than i went to daryaganj centre.the centre operator said that yhe phone charging system can't be repaired, because the laxmi nagar centre operator has not repaired properly.

    When i went to laxmi nagar centre,they deny for repairing by saying that they were not responsible For the same.
    I request you to take the appropriate action against the service centre.

    Dear Sir,

    My brother was doing doing job as a security guard in Panzer Security Services. The security company was told him (but not in written) that his insurance has been made as 1 Lakh Rs. I had lost my younger on 16.11.2011. He was on duty at time of death. after his death i contacted with the security officials than they not responding well and said that we does not provide any insurance. Only ESIC and PF is provide to OMKAR VASHISHT (i.e. my younger). They not not cooperating with us to get ESIC and PF which was deducted from his salary. Mujhko baar baar tarka dete hai ki kal aana parso aana i live in delhi, there office is in Noida. about 100/- kiraya lag jata hai aane jaane me job is pvt. Pure din ki chutti leni padti hai.

    Please let me guide how to get the same from them.

    Default Fraud transaction from my ICICI Bank Credit Card

    Sir,

    This is to inform you that on 03.12.2011 someone was done fraud Transaction from my ICICI Bank Credit Card No. 46298640528338002 amounting Rs. 28,606.00 (Rupees Twenty Eight Thousand, Six Hundred Six only) infavour of EZEEGO ONE TRAVELS and Rs. 1050.00 MSEDEL without my prior consent.I have already compalind the same in ICICI Bank Ltd. on 03.12.2011 vide complained no. SR No. 204682423 & a complaint was filed with Greater Kailash Police Station on 06.01.2012, but inspite of that they are forced me to pay the entire amount immediately.

    In - view of the above it is to request you to kindly look into the matter given instruction to concerned department / Officers to intervene the same & do the needful.

    I shall be highly grateful to you.

    Unhappy MTS india is cheating the customer, fake promise.

    sir, MTS india promise us to get a minimum speed of upto 2 mbps, and i have never received a speed upto 2 mbps. i every time get my mts recharged with the sum of RS. 999 and i do not receive any speed . i have filed complaint 4 times in MTS customer care but yet there is no action taken in speed problem. sir they are cheating the customers. sir please tell me what should i do. they are not delivering for what they are promising.

    कृपया मुझे सुझाव दे मेने सोनी के सर्विस सेंटर में अपना Handy cam रिपैर के लिए दिया था जब मेने Handy cam दिया था तब मेने उनसे उमें लगने वाले खर्च के बारे में पूछा था. तो उन्होंने कहा की हम तसल्ली से जांच करने के बाद ही आपको इसमें आने वाले खर्च के बारे में बता पाएंगे. और आप हाँ करेंगे तभी हम इसे ठीक करेंगे. और कुछ पैसे advance देने के लिए भी कहा. और मेने पैसे दे भी दिए लेकिन अब वो कह रहे हैं की इसम अधिक खर्च
    आएगा. पहले इन्होने मुझे जो खर्च बताया था वह 1925/-रूo का था. लेकिन अब वो सोनी सर्विस सेंटर वाले मुझसे 5097/रू. मांग रहे हैं. जब मुझे मेरे Handycam की जाँच करने के बाद मुझे खर्च बताया गया था तो फिर मैं अधिक पैसे क्यों दूं . क्योंकी इलेक्ट्रोनिक पार्ट का अगर थोड़ी भी कुछ गलती हो गई इधर उधर लगाने में तो कुछ भी हो सकता है. सोनी सर्विस सेंटर वाले अपनी गलती की वसूली हम जैसे उपभोक्ताओ से करते हैं. जो की पूर्ण रूप से गलत है. कृपया मेरा मार्ग दर्शन करे और उनके खिलाफ उपरोक्त कार्यवाई हो सके. इसमें मेरी मदद करे.

    Default flight safety

    my name is rahul and i would like you to inform about a wrong thing which might take lives of many persons. I am talking about a flight of Airindia being operated from Kolkata to Bengaluru. Now, i would like to share my experience and expect you to give me a reply and solution for the same. It was on 14 Feb 2012 when I boarded the Airindia flight (AI 771) from Kolkata to Bengaluru. I took my seat and was waiting for all the gates to get close as the aircraft was full of mosquitos. Meanwhile, the cabin crew of aircraft started with the emergency actions/procedures which is accompanied by a preloaded voice both in english and hindi. During the actions when the crew was demonstrating about the exit doors and the two parallel strips on floor which will lead to exit doors in case of complete darkness or any other emergency were missing. However, the preloaded voice did mentioned about the strips which actually were missing. I myself being a pilot know how things go wrong in case of a emergency but the same has to be realised by the Airindia else there can be a huge loss of lives.
    I was busy due some of my commitments but I knew how important is flight safety so I expect you to please take a necessary actions and do the needful.
