    Angry IRCTC Train re-routed on 28/08/2016 and no refund initiated yet

    I had booked ticket for the journey date 28/08/2016 (Sunday) for Train no: 16525
    Kottayam (KTYM) to SBC (Bangalore Central)
    PNR: 4322279096
    Transaction ID: 100000569256131

    Booking Date: 01/08/2016

    Due to the maintenance or repair of Rails on the same day on the route, the train had been re-routed not touching any of the railway stations in Kerala. I was informed from Railways that this ticket will be refunded, since I couldn't travel on the train due to these circumstances.
    It's been 6 days and I do not have any information regarding the refund of the ticket.

    Since I expected ticket would be refunded within 5 days and it didn't happen now I am getting the response as "TDR filing date has exceeded".
    How is it possible to treat customers so miserably by IRCTC!!
    Disappointing! Shameful!

    I have booked the following e-tickets from Chaparmukh (CPK) TO Dimapur (DMV) in AVADH ASSAM EXPRESS train no 15910. journey date was 17/12/2016

    But the train was cancelled from 15/12/2016 to 5/01/2017.
