I have a symphony cooler winter model . I had purchased it on 19/04/2008 , machine serial- 712067 , motor serial - 06d1229 , pump no- 17317.
Thinking it as a renowned brand I purchased it , but from the date of purchase I have faced a lot of problem .
In the year 2009 motor became out of order . In the year 2012 the fan blade broke.
Alright this is a machine and will broke but what I expect is a proper service.
Though your service man has come and replaced the blade still I am unable to get the proper airflow beacuse it is not properly installed.
when I brought an outside mechanic he told me that the fan motor is be installed in a proper way because the blade a in anticlock wise.
I donot know anything , what I am asking is a proper service , so that I can sit back and relax , only when there will be proper flow of air. and the airflow is insufficient.

He had sent a service man (Mr. dey 9124948409)but without repairing it he had damaged the cooler and took Rs 1400 without a bill .
when I insited he told me that no bill is given for service . is this a fact I donot hink so because I have the products of samsung
whirpool ajaj , And every service man gives a bill.
So bill should be issued.
again plz arrange an expert who can reppair.
