    Angry poor satisfaction

    myself sherby varghese ,

    one of your great customer of your dynamic version pulser 200 ns...have not satisfyed with any of your service for us..this is disappoints me that not even a single services satisfyed me..actually am the great fan of bajaj ....& still me getting this from your cochin branch popular bajaj head office..i hav the complaint that while servicing they are removed engine case" bolt with nut and not fixed it back..and we were not knowing about this till today morning ...and oil is leaking like anything...when we contact your service provider, answer was not satisfying ..first onwards care was tooo poooor.. while receiving they had taken your customer satisfied proof sign was put from their side we are nnot knowing about that...gear problem was not fixed in first service in the matter of rate tooo care in the alll the field we are getting avoidance....
    my question is .... is it the customer care...satisfaction please do something for us

    Angry complaint of my motor cycle "Platina" Bajaj

    I had purchased "Platina" motor cycle on 07/11/2012 from "Sapna Automobiles", Badali, Distt. Fatehgrah Sahib, Punjab. From the very fist day their is a extra sound from the engine, its clutch not working properly, When I came for 1st sevice at 700Km. the sevice machainc changes only Engine oil nothing else. and said now average will increase. tell me how? After few day I again went to the agency to show the extra sound they said it is normal. When I said that I feel that my motor cycle is old or it is repaired old motor cycle then they took the motor cycle and open cyclender head's opening and tight crank nuts and change engine tunning. From that day it creats a lots of problems
    1. Starting problem. 4-5 Kicks with Choke than it is over
    2. Tunning Rhythm is upset increase/decrease automatically.
    3. While driving when you press the clutch and lower the race its gone off.
    4. after 2days the sound of engine come again.
    Now I am going to them 3 days but they are unable to solve my problem. Then I go to bajaj Agency at Sirhind Mandi, Distt. Fatehgarh Sahib. they refuse to listen to me and said that you have not purchased from us so you can go to Sapna Auto, Badali. Now solve my problem, tell my what should I do?

    Angry Complain against spare parts

    Dear sir ,
    i m one of ur old customer of bajaj mc.i have purchased a bajaj discover 125 in march. Now its front shokers r leaking n ur dealer is saying it don't comes in warenty. Is it so? If yes. Then with such low life of bike i would to suggest every one not get a bajaj product.

    Default Noise coming from engine side & low pick up

    I am Fakruddin address :House no.466,Gali Bharwali Chhta Lal Miya Dryanganj new delhi 110002,Mobile no.9971408028.I had purchased Pulsar NS200 (Vehicle reg.no.DL7SBP7826 & Reg.date 21/01/2012,problem is that the pick up of my vehicle is very low & too much noise from engine when I complained for my vehicle to Bagga link karol bagh but no attention was paid on my complaint now I feel that the company cheated me while earlier I was purchased two or three vehicle for my brothers .Please take action on my complaint otherwise I have to take legal action against company.

    I left new bajaj discover 125-st in bajaj showroom at hadapsar pune for service.
    Actually this bike suffring from littele accedent and its some fiber parts gone for penting.
    I left it on 7th jan 13,but it can't processed, 15 days gone i'm still waiting, please allow to processed fast
    and delivered my vehicle earlier.

    I have purchased bajaj 200NS on 11th of march 2013 from swastik auto agencies pvt.ltd, sakchi,jamshedpur-831001.
    Chassis no- MD2A36FZ6CCG30366
    Engine no- JLZCCG30744
    Colour- cherry black

    There is a manufacturing defect of the engine. I went to the showroom and informed them about the problem. They were saying they will open the part of the bike. It is a new bike so i will not allow them to open any part of the bike. From the last two days i am going to the service center but my problem has not been resolved. It is really harassing for me. In 3 days i am facing so much problem what will happen in the coming 6 months.

    I kindly request you to look into my matter and take out a solution.

    Default Bajaj avenger 220 Oil Cooled Clutch Bell Burnt within 4kms

    Dear Ma'am/Sir,

    I have purchased bajaj avenger 220 oil cooled(MH04 GA 2876) from your Mumbra showroom dealer(SpeedyWheels) on 9th March 2013. After driving it for 4 Kms witihin 5 days the clutch plate burnt off & after which i am not able to ride it. I went your thane service center, shreeram bajaj at waghle estate which confirmed about the same problem. As the registration was not done till then, i asked the dealer at mumbra for replacement of the bike for which he completely disagreed & he said that its a company's fault, he cant do anything in this regard & went with the registration. I'm not satisfied with the service i got by your dealer that too for a brand new bike within few kms done. Now i'm stuck with a brand new bike which is of no use. You being a market leader in India this is very disappointing.

    Currently bike is registered under the name Umaruddin Gafooruddin Ansari.

    Kindly look into this asap. Looking forward for a positive reply.

    Default Worst Service from Bajaj dealer

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I am writting this mail regarding your Company’s worst service at calicut. I am using Bajaj Discover (Vehicle No KL 57 E 5932)

    on today 02.04.2013 I have given my vehicle for service at KVR motors, Westhill I have reached there morning 8.00 am and my vehicle picked up for service as First customer and the service advisor told me that " your vehicle will be ready at evening. Afternoon I made call to the service centre one lady picked the phone and told me that if the vehicle ready will call back. up to 4 o clock no calls from the service centre. Then I went there and reached 4.15, I have given the acknowledgement slip but till 5.30pm no response from front office staff, I frequently asked..... every 10 minutes that lady was asking my Vehicle number, I was waiting there 1.15 hours. After the billing, front office staff told me that your bill amount is Rs.756/- but the advisor given me estimate Rs.400/- in the morning (Its ok money matter). But the time I have spend, wasted the service centre its valuable for me, I am also working with famous passenger car dealership as HR & Admin Manager. I am using car also and my cousines are planning to buy two wheeler, I am very sorry to say that I will not recomment bajaj vehicle any of my friends/Relatives. This is my first and worst experience from a service centre

    Arjun prasad rammurat yadav maine bajaj pulsar 135ls 19nov. ko aman auto seliya hai bike ka accident hua 5april ko abhi tk bike bna kar nhi diya hai unke pas parts nhi hai ab mujhe bike ka kya karna hai mujhe meri bike friday tk bna kar nhi mili to main saturday ko bike leke showroom k samne hi jla dunga or media walon ko bula kar btaunga k bajaj ki company sirf bike bnati hai uske parts nhi bnati or apne sare friend or relative ko kahunga ab koi bajaj ki gadi mat lena

    i want to change the honey comb pads for TC 2008. i had been calling at Sai sales corporation, sector 17 chandigarh since last 10 days. but still thay r asking me to wait for 10 more days which is really tough. kindly attend to this complaint

    Angry Defective bike of bajaj

    I bought my new discover 100T on 10 may 2013 from ANSH Bajaj , Rohtak (Hr.). But they gave me a defective bike . It is having a starting problem in morning as well as it has problem in 4-5th gear problem which is a major problem. BIKE loses the gear automatically while riding. when i told this problem to manager ...he asked to open the bike engine. they hv opened the engine for 3 times just within one month of purchase bt problm is still same. when i asked manager to change the bike ...he refused to do so. but i don't want this defective bike anymore. they gave me a defective bike knowingly and i want to replace the bike with new one. so take actn on replacing the bike or i will take some legal actn. mine mail id dineshsahajlan.90@gmail.com M. 9896848315
