    Unhappy Royal Enfield CVS motors , Bellary Road near palace grounds

    I had booked a Enfield classic 350 in that month of may 2012 and during that time I was told I ll be getting the bike in 6-8 months i.e. I the month of January. but when in checked the booking slip it was written that it ll take a period of 10-12 months for the bike to arrive. On asking the customer sales manager said that its just a formality. When I had enquired in the month of January they said there is a supply issue and I ll get the bike in the month of March.

    When I went to them in the month of march they said its going to take 10-12 months which starts from 5th march to 5th may but surely it ll be available in the month of april. Obviously i couldn't take enough of it and wanted to cancel the booking.

    I learn cancellation is also a hectic process where you get the amount refunded after a week with a deduction of 500. Hence i decided to stay till april.

    Now when i had called them in the month of april they are saying that you ll get the bike by 15th may.

    All i want to say that this showroom particularly has a bluffing attitude. Is taking advantage of its locality and position and harassing its customers.

    It has taken out all my love for a RE bike in the due process
