Break liner quality is ordinary.At the time of using Breaks it generates a harsh noise. Which indicate a bad quality of break liner.

I like to bring notice to the tvs managnment rearding the terrible service provided AUTHORISED TVS service center at thane- TVS ASWINI. I had done abt 7 services at this center but never was completely satisfied. Servicng means oiling & washing they even don't open the seat cover so how come they have checked the complete bike.
2 times i rasied issue about electric start & front brake before handing over to servcing. After servcing both the things failed within 3 days. I had to go to a neighbourhood garage to get the issue fixed & working since then.
I dont know why i again gone to TVS aswini for servicing as both front suspension was leaking. I submitted my bike on 30 oct & told them all the faults.They told me it will be fixed by eveing & will give me a call. The day passed no call. Next half day also passed no phone call, I enquired about the bike they told me they are working on it will call back.I didnot recievd any call. on 3rd day morning i again called i got same response. In the evening i went to service center & saw my bike was not even touched.
I spoke to manager he just gave me excues that bike is not starting so it will take time. I tried electric start & it started in first attempt.They started giving excuses, when i argued they told me to take my bike away like he was doing charity for me & told me that they are only tvs service center & u have to come back.
The behavoiur was really pathetic & worst customer service i ever seen.

Hello I purchased TVS Wego on 4th Oct 2012 At Anugraha Motors Hebbal Mysore, color brown chassis no MD626AG46C1K62879, Engine no. 0G4KC1428780. When i visited to show room the head person of the centre negotiated like these one gift card and full cash purchase offer is 1000 discount or one helmet and silver coin within 45 days of delevery. But till now i am not received any of these. whe i contacted that person he wants to refuse to give this things and using very foul longuage also threatening me in bad manner. Why TVS promot this type of people to field i dont know. please take any action by your side or otherwise i will lodge complaint at cosumer court. (Invoice nos. are 865 and 870 on 4-10-2012)

I purchase TVS Star City 110 cc on 14th June 2012, build quality of bike was too poor. Bike starts knocking speed above 45 Km/Hr, It has poor breaking. Now from last 3 days Mileage of the bike goes down to 45 to 50 Km/Ltr. Since bike purchase I have done 4 Servicing, in every servicing I found minimum one part was out of use & which should be replace by your authorized service center. AND WHEN i bought my scooty streak via credit card the sales executive without my information deducted 2 %extra i say him why deducted 2 % extra he said in credit card illegible for 2% but my question is without information why deducted money please suggests me
And one time in dated 21-2-2013 traffic police stop my scooty and he got charges for no number plate what can i do please please please tell me what can i do ?

Hi,
I have purchased Fiero-F2 on 22nd July, 2013 and uptill now i have drove almost around 1,10,000 kms and still it is in a good condition but off-late there has been certain issues with the engine but that is what i expect at this stage of my bike`s life cycle..
My bike`s journey includes lot of Highway rides of journey including 700 kms to 1000 kms on the trot.
