    Dear sir,
    My self SR SARAVANAN s/o P SAMBSNDAM from porur, chennai.Last year 12-06-11 i brought TT red in velavan motor placed in valasaravakkam, chennai.
    My chassis no--> ME3Us5C0BF077408 , model--Thunderbird twinspark.
    More no of parts replaced in last one year.which is like, Spark plug,hydralic tappet,No of time in engine gasket where using in all the side of engine,wheel bearing,fork oil leakage,spoke alignment,back wheel hub,petrol tank top cant able to lock at the buying stage,and major problem is engine noise these kind of replacement is not good for leading branded Bikes company.
    I need the remedies and solution for my bike condition and also services is not good in velavan motor services center.
    If u people not given any proper soultion,i will go further step ........
    So kindly solve the problem in my bike.....

    Post bad appearence from yamuna agency adoor

    Sir I bought A Royal Enfield Classic 350 from yamuna agency Six month ago .now the vechile not running at night due to light problem .i take the vechile to yamuna agency on 23-09-2012 and they told me to change the wiring kit. there have no spare to change the wiring kit and waiting for one weak but the agency will not clear my complaint (18-10-20120) So plase take nessassary acton aganaist the shoroom It will ruin the reputation ofe the company

    Default Complaint on the delivery of royal enfield classic 350(maroon)

    Sir,
    I have booked "ROYAL ENFIELD CLASSIC 350-MAROON color" by 16/04/2012 through your dealer "PRINCE MOTORS,SAFIYA BUILDING,BOC ROAD,PALAKKAD" and our PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER is "123" with Rs.5000/- as advance. We were informed that the bullet will be delivered within 6 months. And as per the information from the PRINCE MOTORS, we have paid the full amount Rs.1,10,000/- as cash by 24/09/2012 with RECIEPT NUMBER "678". But the bullet is not delivered yet. We are waiting for the delivery still no reply from the delaers even after contacting them.
    They are telling us that the repective bullet has not been delivered by the ROYAL ENFIELD COMPANY. We would like toknow the reason for the unresponsiveness from the delears . We expect your reply.

    Default Royal Enfield Classic 350 Oil Tank leakage (Manufacturing Defect)

    Sir

    This is to bring in to your notice that on 19/10/2012 i bought a Royal
    Enfield Classic 350 (Silver Color) from LAMBA ENTERPRISE PVT. LTD.
    TILAK NAGAR, NEW DELHI 110018. Bike Chase no. ME3U3S5CCOK187979,Engine
    no. U3S5COCK187979 and just within 3 days from the purchase the oil
    tank started leaking oil all over the bike engine. On 22/10/2012 i
    went to the showroom and after there diagnose they told me to take the
    bike to there Service Center "address is 6-A industrial are, subhash
    nagar metro station, New Delhi 11018".

    I met Mr Bhatiya (Mobile no. 9250919994) he is the service manager
    there who also did the diagnose the told me that its a manufacturing
    defect and we are SORRY for the inconvenience that has caused and
    within 3-4 days we will replace the tank as we don't have the classic
    350 tank at our service center and we will order it on PRIORITY basis.
    After 4 days i called Mr Bhatiya he told and it will take another week
    as there shipment has not arrived, within that i week i got the call
    from Mr Bhatiya that your tank has arrived and you can come the next
    day just within 2 hours he called me back and said SORRY sir the tank
    that we ordered is not the Classic 350 tank is of Electra and further
    he told me to wait another 1 week, After that week i called him again
    he told that it will now take 15 days more as the shipment comes from
    Chennai and we are not getting that spare parts from Chennai.
    After another 17 days i called him he said he was not at the service
    center and said to contact Mr Srivastav (Mobile no 9250919993), i
    called Mr Srivastav and he told that you need to register a complaint
    and we will give you the oil tank i told him that its been a month
    that i have register my complain and from that Mr Srivastav gave me
    the most stupid reply that previously it was Mr Bhatiya who was taking
    care of it not it will be me and you need to wait for another one week
    for your oil tank.

    Sir, i am totally frustrated and i dont know whom to call for help its
    been more then a month and still what i hear from them is to wait for
    a week or 15 days, and they will always say that they will call but
    they will never ever call me back. Sir its my humble request to kindly
    look into the matter the solve the issue ASAP.

    Angry Royal Enfield Oil Tank Leakage

    dear sir,

    from the first service i noticed that my bike's oil tank was leaking and i went four times to the service center, regarding the same , but every time i lost my time and no action would be taken, yesterday again i went to the service center for the fourth service and they didn't attend the bike yet. this is such a worst service centre. kindly take up the matter with the service centre.

    Hi,

    My dad Kishor Vitthal Pandit have booked a bullet in satara royal enfield showroom on 01/02/2012. the dealer had assured me that he will give the delivery in 3 months. he had also given me a receipt and the receipt no. of the same is 373. till today also i have not received my bullet. if you do not look into the matter i will have to launch a FIR against you and your company for making fraud. please do the need full as early as possible

    dear sir,

    my name is SANDEEP BADDAM s/o VENKATESH GOUD BADDAM
    my vehicle #. ME3U3S5C0BA044270# i have classic 350cc silver
    coloure model 2010. Odometer 7901 till 2012 dec noise problem
    vehicle is getting problem in engine noise i complained to showroom
    people they said upto 7000 km ul face the problem after the service
    ul get normal i serviced my vehcle and same problem i complained
    again they checkedband said ur vehicle is break down its a engine proble
    need to open engine. Really i messed up with this I cant understand
    i have done only 7000km how could the problem of engine really need help.

    subject;-complaint in respect of black marketing in selling bullet 2 wheeler in latur city

    respected sir,
    i am in habitant of latur city.considering good qualty and bst plesur of royal enfiled 350,
    I parched it from delar of latur city namely prisha motars wich is authorized by you.to parches the said wheel cl i had booked and completed all requirement which were advised by dealer.
    but unfortunately at the time of delivery I was compiled to pay excess rs. 12000/- as a on payment.till today i could not understand meaning of on payment.
    moreover your dealer did not give receipt of the excess amount.as such,black marketing in sale of royal en-filed are going on in latur city. i have hope from u for taking cognizance in order to save customer from exploitation and maintain in your good will in market.

    My name harkit singh , i have purchased royal enfield from garg traders , chandigarh in the month of october 2012.

    One day i found that some petrol was leaking from tank, i checked to your mechanic in industrial area chandigarh, they said tank is leaking and they replaced the tank 15 days ago.

    But now it was leaking again, then my son again visit your workshop, they said now they have not tank and they close the tank with m-seal.
    Even after tank still leaking.

    The speed meter is not working even after replacing .

    I feel very regret to say such reputated company harrasing their valuable customer.

    Kindly solve the problem otherwise i will registered case in legal court
