I am Sheikh Idrees i want to submit a compliant against First Flight Courier services.
I gave a cellphone for parcel to Anantnag(Srinagar),after 3 days Ahuja (an employee) told me that the cellphone didnt reached there,when we investigated he told us that company will give us compensation,he gave us a date and when we went on that day he told us an excuse that its still in process. Now the day has came like he is giving us an excuse everytime.
Its been 2 months we didnt received compensation.we dont know where to go and complain about this.
Do anything if its possible for u.
I will be highly obliged to u.
