I have bought a samsung 3313 from the Spice outlet in Sector-8, Rohini on 5th Sept'10. The slider of the phone was not working, & i brought this to the notice of the outlet manager, instead helping me out, he said, you will have to go the Samsung Service Centre at Sector-7, Rohini. Thereafter on the 11th Oct'10, when I approached the service centre, the behaviour of the staff including the supervisor was very unprofessional, they were not ready to listen to my problem and I came back without a solution.

Please look into this and request an immediate response.
